My husband and I did a yoga retreat for the weekend and it was just such a great experience. Anne and David were amazing hosts and made you feel right at home. And can’t forget about the food, it was delicious!

The Nourish and Flow experience was relaxing, enjoyable, and a true learning opportunity. Ann and Dave went above and beyond to make everyone welcome and to create a good communal experience for all.

Yoga with instructor Zeni, of Pure Bliss Yoga, was completely restorative. Experiencing body work (a.k.a. Thai massage) with Anne and Dave gave us another way to nourish our bodies.

Attendees were from near and far and there were many interesting conversation and learning from one another about how we can be more happy and healthy in our own bodies.

The farm itself played a major role in the positive experience: the organic food, grown on premises (or from nearby farms and purveyors), was prepared with love and with health and healing in mind; the fields, stream, and birdsongs provided a glorious backdrop to the day’s events. Thank you, Anne, and Dave for making this experience possible. ❤️😘
