The Hess' are some of the nicest, honest folks I know. Their farm and beef store are run with integrity and passion. The beef is the best I ever had...tender and full of flavor. I just sent a Christmas gift of Bow Creek Beef to my Father in Michigan...he is over the moon!

Thought we would give Bow Creek's beef a try, since we had heard that it was so good and that the Hershey Hotel serves it. Bought some beef tips since most we have previously had were tough and chewy. The Bow Creek beef tips were the best we have ever had. Melted in our mouths. So tender and excellent taste. Can hardly wait to try their steaks. Highly recommend.

We made our first purchase on Saturday and had the steaks delivered from PA to NC by Wednesday. Great customer service. But even more important, great steaks. We highly recommend ordering from Bow Creek!

This past week friends anf I had the pleasure of visiting the store at bow creek. I will definitely retun. The burgers i bought were delicious. The owners very helpful and knowledgeable about all their products. What really impressed me was the store was spotless and clean and fresh and had a very pleasant atmosphere that customers were welcome.

I won’t buy my beef anywhere else! The best part is it is family owned. You can get ANY cut of beef, unless someone else beat you too it. 😉
