We had a pleasant experience at THAT Brewery, which offers both indoor and outdoor seating and a nice selection of craft beers brewed on-site.

We started with the mac and cheese. While they don’t make the noodles, the house-made cheese sauce was smooth, well-balanced, and not overpowering. The pasta was cooked just right, tender but not mushy.

For my entrée, I went with the smoked meat plate featuring ribs, brisket, and garlic potatoes.The meats are smoked on the premises. Everything was flavorful and well-prepared, and I was happy with my choice. My husband ordered the hamburger paired with an Arizona Trails beer and was equally satisfied with his meal.

The service was outstanding. Our waitress was incredibly friendly and even shared recommendations for hikes and activities in the Pine area, which was a thoughtful touch.

Overall, a great spot for good food, craft beer, and excellent hospitality.

Beer is delicious, with lots of excellent choices!! The food is incredible, started with the buffalo chicken dip which was perfect consistency with lots of chicken, and finished up with the Bratwurst. Everything hit the spot, the bartender was awesome and very helpful, the place was clean and well kept. Overall 10/10

Definitely worth the drive. Delicious food, comfortable ambiance, great beer, fantastic service, and inexpensive flights. The whiskey bacon burger was incredible, and the fried pickles were the best we've ever had.

THAT Brewery & Pub is in Pine, AZ. We stopped in for a bite. They had a Taco Tuesday, but the hostess did not tell us that. A lady sitting next to us told us it was Taco Tuesday. They were street brisket tacos, delicious. We ordered the tacos and Truffle Fries. The Truffle Fries were so good. This is not your place if you are in a hurry. The bartender was also our waiter. We were there on 5/20/25, 1 pm. He had 2 people at the bar and 3 couples to wait on & had a hard time remembering he had 3 couples to wait on. He was so engrossed with the 2 at the bar. We are not drinkers, so I can not review the beer.

We had a great Saturday lunch on the patio. The pulled chicken sandwich was excellent. The service was superb. To make the experience even more special, an elk was laying in the grass nearby, just relaxing and watching us eat our lunch. The men’s restroom had some funny signs. We highly recommend That brewery and pub.

Pine is one of those little communities that normally I just drive through on the way between Flagstaff and Globe or Apache Junction. This time, I was on a more leisurely drive back home, and decided to stop here for lunch. The first beer that caught my eye was the Nutty Brown, and of course they were out. But they had an oatmeal stout on guest tap that was good. I ended up ordering the special, which was a chipotle Alfredo pasta with smoked brisket. I ate half of it there and took the rest home. I love leftovers: so many foods seem better after they've had some time to mingle. Anyway, thumbs up to this-that place, and I'll seriously consider stopping by again the next time I'm driving through!

Great place, good selection of beers. The pretzel was a little dry although the mustard was spectacular… sandwiches were average and service was regular.

This place rocks. If you go, please ask for Tammara and have her to be your waitress. She was so incredibly friendly with an awesome personality. The food was amazing and great atmosphere. We highly recommend.
