My wife and I tried out the cattle exchange Cafe. And oh wow!! What an awesome meal it was. I had the catfish nuggets with the flat steak fries and poppers and it was awesome. I'm sorry I didn't take a picture I ate it before I even remembered to take pictures. My wife had the chicken fried steak. I will let you know that that is the best chicken fried steak I've had in years and that's inclusive of Mary's infamous chicken fried steaks. These are top notch chicken fried steaks and they taste better than Mary's. It's not nearly as low easy and everything that I ate and she ate was handmade hand cut. Even the tartar sauce was homemade and the ranch dressing too. Oh by the way, there was this thing called chocolate mint sin. I'll let your mind just wander about that! It was everything you can imagine in a dessert and I am a chocolate lover! Christine, you guys are the best! Oh yeah, I even got the taste of her famous green beans, and OMG I will be eating that next time! 🙂

It's a place that isn't very advertised but it's got some amazing food it's definitely worth stopping by this restaurant they have BBQ brisket ribs steak pork chops and more so if you drive by and see this spot stop in

Took 3 young bulls to the Tuesday auction. The cowboys there are always helpful and ready to react if necessary. Operations are well organized, but I was surprised & disappointed by the price we got for our largest & best looking young bull.

Omg.... the chicken fried steak was to die for. Ssssooooo DELICIOUS very tasty with lots of flavor. Never had such a chicken fried steak like that before! Definitely would go back!

Good folks here in olden. I do enjoy the cattle sale here. This place is getting better and better and competitive with some of the bigger auctions. Comvieniently located just off of interstate 20, the cattle exchange is actually a great place to bring your stock to get top dollar.
