I went to Terminal West last night for the Paris Paloma concert, and I was seriously impressed! From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. The staff was incredibly kind, and the security + check-in process was super smooth and well-organized.

A huge shoutout to the box office team—they were so patient and empathetic, even though they were dealing with tons of calls from people (including us) who had been scammed or scalped. They handled everything with grace and kindness, even though it was a sold out show and they couldn't do much for us, they all tried their best to offer solutions. We were thankfully able to get tickets and go in. Truly some of the best customer service I’ve encountered at a venue!

Inside, everything was just as great. The food prices were shockingly reasonable—my friend got buffalo chicken for just $9, and it was a huge portion. Drinks were also fairly priced, and the bartenders were super friendly. The venue itself has an awesome setup with fantastic sound, and I loved that there was a balcony in the back, so even if you arrived late, you could still get a good view.

All in all, Terminal West is an amazing venue with top-tier staff. I’d absolutely come back for another show!

As a photographer I must say this was one of the more unique and fun venues for a wedding. Known as an awesome concert venue, I had a couple that wanted their wedding to feel like a rock concert. The photos here turned out awesome!

Fantastic intimate venue! Staff was friendly & helpful. Bands were amazing. If you can’t stand for long periods of time, you’ll need to go find a seat elsewhere.

We always have a great time with this place. From the security to the bar staff to the box office everyone is nice. Bathrooms are remarkably clean for a concert venue and the whole place has never been dirty upon entering for any show. Love this place and think it’s one of the best Georgia has to offer plain and simple.

Saw a Persian house music concert at Terminal West and had an awesome time. The venue’s small saloon vibe made it feel intimate but totally functional. Parking was right next to the building, which was super convenient. Staff were really friendly, and everything ran smoothly. Definitely a solid spot for live music.

Went to this venue on 03/31/2023. No issues checking in. Smaller than I expected it to be. Went to a indie dance party. Had fun and almost kinda felt like a house party. Good venue for a rave. Had alcohol, energy drinks and water. Will definitely return given the opportunity if they throw another rave. 5 stars!
Edit: Also saw the indie rock band Carbon Leaf perform on 01/28/2025, great performance by the way.

Phenomenal venue, parking can be a little wonky, I like the music. I'm not crazy about the stage, but if you've got a giant 12 piece brass band then you are set.
