Quality is amazing. Some of the best meals I've ever had I've cooked myself with meats from here over the past year. When you can take meat, add just a little salt and pepper, and have your family ask what you added to make it taste so good you know you're buying something special. Lovely and high quality!
We purchased two grass fed steaks (NY and Tenderloin) and they were excellent!
So red, easy to cook, no unnecessary parts or excess fat to pad weight.
We happened upon the location and now it’s marked as a favorite. A decent amount of organic.

She goes out of her way to make sure you have exactly what you are looking for (and can often do special orders for items not in the store), and she is so gracious with her customers. You won't find a better piece of meat anywhere! I was skeptical at the price of NY Strip ($34.99/lb, but it's Prime, not Choice) I can buy Prime at Costco for $15.99/lb., so I figured it was expensive. They aren't even close to the same quality. Absolutely and without question the best meat I've ever eaten. Worth every penny and then some! I'll be back in perpetuity !!

The absolute best quality, locally sourced organic meats you will ever find,- the beef dry aged, tender, and incredibly flavorful. The cuts offered are thickly cut, ranging from two inch cowboy steaks to the unique Brazilian cut, pichana. So many things to try. We got the locally sourced, marinated chicken breasts for later today. The service and advice on preparation are excellent. This place is a keeper.
