Great place but honestly some what small compared to Richmond target, Albany has excellent stock and variety of products rivaling hilltop target, the two floors do make it difficult to maneuver from one place to another, but I gave it four stars because it's usually not restocked for most of the week, meaning many products are lacking

Nice well stocked Target store. Only thing is rough pavement in the turn lane to get into the parking lot but that's the city's issue.

Still getting used to the concept of a two level Target store. Where I'm from there are all single level. ?

I love Target. I adore Bullseye. I wish you would have more products that feature him. I love the Target logo. I love the red color and how it is always ties every thing together in the store. I have been shopping with you for decades. I can depend on having a good time Target. I can’t think of any other store like it. Target always has something fresh and new. It is my go to for just about everything fun.

I love this Target. Even on busy days, it's not difficult to get through and there is plenty of parking. Only reason for not getting 5 stars is that with the new security doors, it increases the wait and shopping time because the stores are not stocked well enough with employees to be able to be available quickly when an item is needed. They should consider a different method or take them off and just get better security to correct bad behavior vs making the bulk of their law abiding customers suffer the consequences of criminal action.

IF YOU'RE GOING TO POST YOUR BUSINESS HOURS AS CLOSING AT 10 PM IT WOULD BE NICE IF YOUR EMPLOYEES DIDN'T BLOCK PEOPLE FROM COMING IN AT 9:50 PM. ITS NOT A LAUNDROMAT, PEOPLE ARE CAPABLE OF GRABBING A COUPLE OF GROCERY ITEMS AND NAVIGATING SELF CHECKOUT IN 10 MINUTES OR LESS.

Low stock on all Christmas items, waited around for 30 minutes when I requested for an employee. Just to be told everything was sold out.

I come to this target almost everyday. I came looking for table clothes that says you guys have in stock but i noticed there were nun on the floor. I ended up asking one of your employees if she could help me and she just pointed to the aisle and I told her they were not there and she told me then you guys don’t have anything. Me as a former Target Employee who work in OUP knows that they could be in the back but she still told me they could not be in there and lied and said they just stocked the party section. So I placed an order online for pick up and what do you know they found the tablecloth’s. That is very unprofessional and just shows that the employees are lazy and not willing to go out their way to help their customers.

Honestly if I could give zero stars I would! I would say that my recent trip to target was pretty awkward and just all around one of my worst target visits ever. I've been going to the Albany target since it opened and it's always been the best target by far! My most recent visit from the second I walked in to the store with my bf we were being followed! Not once were we greeted or asked if we needed help but every aisle I went down the same associate was just there awkwardly walking around being aloof or just staring at random products... not doing anything it was just very lame uncomfortable and extremely rude. I needed new jeans and wanted to check out their selection After trying out a few different things I found a couple that I liked so I just wanted an opinion on them so as I'm showing my bf this associate comes closer to us than ever which I thought was super excessive we both just kinda paused and side eyed her like.... Can we help you? Anyways I was just over it by then and I'm not going to continue shopping if I'm being made to feel like I'm some kind of criminal so I walked to the registers which only 2 were open and waited in line to be wrung up when it was our turn this same lady walks up behind us and says very loudly in my ear to the woman ringing that she " was going to go on her last break now" like 4 times and her coworker just gave her I could care less look and rolled her eyes. The associate then proceeded to just stand in line behind us on her phone leaning on the conveyor belt. Very very weird but maybe that explains why it was so dead in the store? Also I really have higher expectations for everything being at overly high prices. On the other hand I guess it’s the bay so I get it because of all the theft but not to that degree especially when we are obviously paying customers….
