They send you to a dock then shipping office not responsive, tell u knock on the door and wait outside in 111F temperatures. I knocked multiple times and been ignored by multiple dock workers. This is insane.

Even one star is a very good rating for this facility.
First of all, it’s a very busy place. You drive to the guard shack you will be told to go park and come back you are lucky if you will find a parking in the facility. So just park on the street. Then check in with the guard and wait till your truck. no drivers Lodge. If you have to pee or poop, use the same nasty porta potty. You will have to wait hours and hours even if you’re already got the door or got unloaded but still wait.
It’s not worth it to waste your time unless your broker will pay you at least couple hundred dollars extra, because you will be wasting half of your day over here that will make your next pick up even canceled because of the delay over here.
This is a shame for this company. I will never ever will drop or pick up here..

i recently had the misfortune of visiting syosco food and was left thoroughly disappointed with the service. The staff at the counter, particularly, were arrogant and unhelpful.

The unloading process took an entire day, which was unacceptable considering the volume of goods we were delivering. The staff seemed completely unbothered by the delay and showed no urgency in resolving the issue.

Their lack of professionalism and poor communication skills made the experience even more frustrating. When I tried to address my concerns, I was met with dismissive attitudes and a clear lack of interest in resolving the problem.

Dear Safety Dept
Please inform your drivers to be respectful and mindful when parking in residential areas. Your driver came to deliver to Cheba Hut today, blocked my entire home for over an hour. Even though I asked him repeatedly not to park there. There is a city sign posted stating resident permit parking only. Then proceeded to litter and drive off.

I contacted CSR for Sysco and left contact information and complaint. Was told email was being sent ESCALATED. Never received a call back.

Be prepared to waste your time here. Looks like they are loading local trucks directly from your trailer, so you will sit here for a while.

After reading all the reviews I was not looking forward to come deliver here. But ... I parked on street and came to gustd shack to check in. You fill out drivers part on form laying on top of garbage can and give to guard. Guard told me I can park inside but no dock. So ... Now, there is parking on premises and 2 port a potties. So they must have improved.
This is on 7/17/2024.
I did get my dock before my appt time of 8am, at 7.45 am.

Got here 1/2 before our appointment time. There's no parking on 79th Ave but everyone does! Walk to the guard shack and check in. Waited for 1 hour to get a dock. Took them over 5 hours to unload us. Now waiting on paperwork. Potra potties near guard shack. Plenty of room to maneuver and back into docks when no trucks around. When busy, it gets a little tight!
