Appointment at 5:00 pm
Checkin 3:00 pm
Got dock at 4:30 and they loaded few pallets and was told to move to yard because the product is not ready, waited few more hours and got dock again and loaded by around 8:15 pm.
Now it's 9:15 pm and still waiting for seal and BOL
They're waiting for somebody that can approve that QA (quality approve)
That means that they don't really know if the quality of their product is good untill somebody calls them😕 If i can leave or not🤷‍♂️
The name of this company is saying everything about itself😏

Long wait. My appt was at 1 pm and 3 pm still waiting. I asked for an update and they said product is not even ready. They skipped my appt with the next appts. Why would you schedule a load if it is not even ready? Now I won't make delivery on time because it is a 24 hour run with my delivery appt at 2 pm the next day.
