Upon arriving at this delivery location, I was a little nervous at first because you had to blindside back into the dock area to get unloaded. I wish I had read the reviews on here, or that I had returned the Salted Macadamias to the store right away. I opened the can at the bus stop after leaving the store. The macadamias were very wet. I don't think nuts get that wet without being exposed to high heat or getting really old or something. I contacted the company to ask if they were safe to eat. The customer service response a couple days later said they'd send a replacement can. I thought why not just wait for that instead of returning my can to the store (I know they'd take it back defective when they saw the quality inside that can). I want this local business to be good, so I was happy to wait and see if the quality is usually much better. But a couple days later I got another email stating that they were still sending a replacement can of macadamias, but the experts at the company informed the customer service person that sweating is normal for nuts and my can was therefore fine to eat. 1. No replacement ever arrived, and it's now too late for me to return the product to the store. 2. Since these experts said they were fine, I tried another 5 or 6 nuts but they definitely don't taste like other macadamias. This "sweating" wasn't natural. The quality is just bad, and I'm not sure they're safe to eat.

Is a tight spot for a 53’ trailer but the help is incredible, the person guide me so well that he got me in the spot in Les than 5 min, so if you delivering or picking up just follow the guy and you will be good, I was loaded in less than 30 min and I was on my way, thank you to everyone that works here to make sure the loading is smooth.

Extremely tight blindside back, but they come out and help you and block traffic. Just turn the wheel like the guy turns his arm and he'll put you right in there. Park in right travel lane to check in. Took me about 2 hrs early. Nice people.
