Horrible place to pick up the load they don’t know how to loaded it.they overload me on the tail 36000lb as California you can’t push the tandem back. Ask them to fix it Mexican lady got attitude she said take it or unload she can’t do anything. I said unload I’m not taking it 👎👎👎👎👎

Friendly staff. Long wait, good restroom. They have a scale on site. Make sure to wash your truck and trailer and bring the receipt with you when checking in. Fill up your tanks, they most likely overweight you.

Corrupt Mafia at guard. Broker didn’t told me that I have to washout a truck or trailer. After arrival guard told me to present washout ticket. I told her that broker didn’t informed me, and then she gave me an address where to washout, it’s been 1:20pm and cut off was at 3pm. Place she gave me was an 1hour and 18 minutes away. I found 3-S Washout 35 miles away and rushed there to make it before cut off time. After I’ve spend 1 hour and half and retuned with clean trailer and ticket, Mafia boss told me that I supposed to wash both truck and trailer in and out at address she gave me. Clearly she has her stake there. Finally in-spite of arriving 2:50pm with clean trailer I had to turn back and leave. Avoid this smelly corrupt place. Your efforts are nothing drivers.

We spent 12+ hours at this place WAITING to get loaded. Once we got assigned to a door it took another 4+ hours to get loaded. No public restroom facilities available, of course no food to be had either so thankfully we had our own food. If you ever go to this place, pack your breakfast, lunch n dinner. But this place should be avoided at ALL costs, they are slower than molasses in winter and hopefully we'll NEVER come back to that place!!!!

This place is extremely unprofessional. They consistently waste your time, mislead you, and show a lack of respect for truck drivers. If I were an owner-operator, I would cancel on the spot to make it clear that drivers deserve to be treated with basic professionalism and dignity.

To many requirements to pick a load from this place, it’s quite frustrating. You call ahead, and they give you a pick-up time. When you arrive, your load is almost ready they say . However, you check with them every hour because no one is loading you , and they give you some ridiculous excuses like two of the doors are broken and it takes longer to load the trucks ahead of you . In reality, they’re lying to you, so you don’t cancel the load.

At 8 pm, they inform you that you won’t get loaded today and have to wait for tomorrow. After 26 hours of waiting, your delivery appointment is messed up, and a three-day load turns into a six-day load. On top of it the broker gave me an appointment at Costco for Sunday at 4 am which unrealistic you call Costco and they tell you your appointment is for Monday not Sunday everyone is lying to you at this place stay away from. It is cheaper not to pick up a load from here .

Truckers stay away from this place. All negative reviews are 100% true and correct. They will ruin your schedule. Loading time around 12 hours is usually for this place. They are absolutely disrespectful to truckers, no restroom, and even no portable toilet outside, so shame. They need to get a lesson, I wish that no any truckers show up here for any money, as I will do.

Stupid place i ever visited for pickup they made me wait almost 27 hours at the facility
And said i need second truck wash if I leave the property even for the food . I want to give them -5 stars but please don’t ever think these ppl are good
