Don’t buy gas here while black extremely rude and they openly don’t want your service especially on the overnight shift keep driving to any other gas station on the boulevard to save yourself a miserable experience 0 stars after my last encounter 1 star is literally reaching the customer service was that bad please keep driving. You’re freedom might depend on it after multiple encounters im sold they have no intentions on treating anyone with respect at this location. Overnight shift especially

I just spent $58 on snacks and drinks and then I saw the total go up to $70, including a $10 grocery fee? Excuse me, but I was in a rush and didn’t say anything because the employee woman who works there is always SO rude to begin with. Why she threw a $10 extra fee on my order and why she always acts like it’s a hassle to do her job is beyond me. On top of it all no receipt was given to me or offered and I’m sure it’s because that was completely illegal and weird. I seriously will never go here again, shell across the street for sure!

Hazel is the most ignorant one there. Absolutely no personality. I will never go back. Shell station is across the street. Will be doing business there for now on. I'm a please and thank you kind of person and you won't get that from her especially if you're white. Complained about her before and nothing was done. Contacted corporate office this time. Lets see how this goes.

Rude, not helpful, dismissive, dirty, disorganized.. The management should wake up! With a avg 2 stars you would think they world clean house and start over with well trained friendly staff. But nope, they just keep hiring the bottom of the barrel!
The 2 stars I gave are strictly for the black gentleman employee who was polite and friendly, every other employee was useless.

This morning at 430am the pump never shut off while i was in my car spilling gas all around me and i tried to get the over night woman to help , she eventually turned the pump off! I needed to get to work , she did not offer any compensation or pick up the telephone since she " couldn't hear me" I forgot about the gas station across the street , ill never go there for even a pack of gum

Stop there Sunday, April 3, 2022 at 3:00am looking to get something to drink, but the rude cashier saw me coming and turn her back to me. I knock on the door and ask if she was open and she couldn’t even respond. Very rude and I would never go back or recommend anyone go to this store. Why say you are 24 hours open, but lock your doors and don’t service a person when they need something to drink because they are working at night.

A sign that says shift change does not let you know what time it goes up. I knocked and tried asking and right away the old woman turned around and snapped at me. When employees act like that it's evident that management is disconnected from the day to day and it's that kind of incompetence that loses customers
