I have sent an email everyday. On the first item, the bag of pineapple rings were open. They finally refunded that 2 days later. Then on 7/31 I emailed about the bag of rotten rancid nuts. I also emailed twice on 8/1/24. They have not responded. I don’t trust their food and their customer service. I’m afraid to open or eat any other food items that were in the order. I have requested a full refund from PayPal. I’m so disappointed in this company. I visited Miraval Spa in July and their products were in the spa. I thought they’d be reputable but was mistaken.

My favorite online sustainable pantry finally has a storefront! Love that the breezy easy going aesthetic has made it to the physical space! Do yourself a favor and stop by and tree some delicious goodies!
