A very professional , friendly staff and service was excellent. I had to stop here for refilling by 20lb propane tank, had to drop and within a couple of hours I got a call back to pick the tank. Prices are very cheap compared to exchange places.

I highly recommend Suburban Propen for their excellent service! As a new homeowner, I was unfamiliar with propane heat and asked them to s of questions. They were more than happy to help me understand how my heating system works. I also called them when I smelled propane one evening - turns out I had bumped my new stove and accidentally turned the knob... They checked everything and said everything was ok but that I had left the stove on. Lol lesson learned - and they were so nice about it and didn't charge me for my beginner's mistake. 🙂 Thank you, Suburban Propane!

Well, after almost 40 years, we couldn't find anything less than an excellent service. Our local customer service representatives are always friendly, responsive and helpful. The technicians that do the delivery and exchange are courteous and proficient. We had several offers to switch to another providers but we couldn't find neither the value proposition nor the reputation for the reliability of service that we are getting. We are hopeful for another 20 years of great experience.

One of your trucks just showed up two weeks ago without letting us know they were coming and the driver got out and walked up to the 2 gas tanks and told my husband they were ok. He didn't check the actual tanks just gauged from looking. Two weeks later we received a bill in the mail for $130 for the visit. This is just terrible service. How do you know we didn't use our gas monthly. Yet you applied $10 monthly fee for a year. This is really bad service.
