I really enjoyed their beer selection, which offers a variety of options for every palate. Pairing it with their brat made for a satisfying meal; the brat was flavorful and well-cooked. For families, there’s a kid-friendly option with the hotdog and fries combo, which is priced at $11. The outdoor seating on the balcony was a highlight, especially with the fall leaves creating a beautiful and relaxing backdrop. It’s a great spot to enjoy a casual meal with scenic views.

On the downside, I wasn’t a fan of the pretzel. It was a bit too hard for my liking, and at $9 or $10, it didn’t feel worth the price. However, the fries were fantastic. They’re on the thinner side, with a perfect balance of crunch on the outside and a soft, fluffy inside. Overall, while some items were hit or miss, the setting and beer selection made it a great spot to relax and enjoy the season.

All I can say is YUM. Great for a casual bite to eat, we had their soft baked pretzel, fried chicken sandwich with what seemed to be homemade pickles & sauce, and a jalapeño brat & fries. It was all soo good! The atmosphere is also perfect after a cold winter day with the warm hues & stone build. We loved every bit of it, I recommend this over a fancy spot all day. I still can’t stop thinking about that pretzel

Crispy beer, flavorful fried chicken, and McDonald's style fries make this place a must!

We stopped in for a post hike snack and beer and we were pleasantly surprised how good the food and beers are! The basket of fries are very similar to McDonald's, and I mean that in a positive way! Get the beer cheese and ask for some of their Basil Aioli as well!

The Cesar salad with Fried Chicken was also amazing, it makes me think their sandwich is out of this world!

Beers and brats are very good. 4 stars (I am a fan). I had the Irish Red, Pale Ale, and elk brat. But I am giving this place a 5 star as the ambience is as good as it gets. Just come as feel for yourself if you haven’t been.

Truly incredible! Not a single thing was even mediocre - it all was really top notch. The soft pretzel and beer cheese was just hands down one of the best things I've EVER eaten, and I couldn't even decide if the beer cheese dip or mustard it came with was better. The beer was all very good, but pay special attention to their Stronghouse Lager and the Vaccinator Imperial Stout. They both felt a step above the rest.

Stronghouse was the best dining experience on our whole Telluride vacation. When we arrived, they let us know it would be about a 20 to 30 minute wait, and they would text us when a table was ready. We got their text about 5 minutes later and were seated at the best seat in the house next to the bar and overlooking the downstairs brewery. I ordered the wild boar brat, and it's quite possibly the best brat I've ever had in my life, and I was stationed in Germany for 6 years. It has sauerkraut with cranberries and apricots. Oh my, it was delicious. We had the pretzel for an appetizer, and everyone agreed at the table that it was just amazing. Perfect heat and texture. The mustard dip was just as good as the beer cheese dip. We all commented we could have just had the pretzel and been fine with the meal, it was that good. Great atmosphere, great service, highly recommended!!

I don’t know that this qualifies as a brewery but it was one of 3 that I felt I had to try when in Telluride. The beers I had were all solid, though I didn’t love the stout. The Pale Ale was really nice. The Helles too. The food looked pretty good and the place had some interesting character and a little outdoor area. Most of the servers were nice but I had to go to the bar to get one to come to the table. No biggie. But when it was time to go, I tried motioning to the server with the international “I need my check” signal. Ignored me. Waited another 5 minutes before I finally got up to the bar, again. I hate being that guy, and I am generally pretty patient. But it was middle of the day, relatively dead, and I had a toddler who was melting down on me. I was there for almost an hour, and had a server come to us two times total. I expect the service industry to at least realize a situation and help out. I may go back to give another shot next time in town
