Great vibes with a musician playing in the back. The publick house was definitely more calm and intimate than the tavern. The 3 course meal was wonderful. Great options and great service. The steak and shrimp were very good. Lobster bisque was delicious - my first time trying that

Neat establishment. They have a tavern area and a semi-fancy dining area. Wide variety menu in both. I was here for a late lunch/early dinner and sat at the bar in the tavern area. The bartender was very attentive and pleasant…makes a great drink too. I had the steak and cheese sandwich.

Second time coming in for lunch. Good beer selection and lunch menu options. I got the Greek salad wrap and a cup of clam chowder. The only criticism I have is the clams were chewy, but everything else was good. Also our bartender was really nice. Definitely will be back.

This place was across the street from my hotel, I saw a few reviews about rude service that almost put me off, but decided whatever. I can say I didn't even have a hint of anything like that. I sat at the bar, everyone I interacted with was friendly. I got the Lobster Mac for dinner. It was delicious and they definitely don't skimp on lobster, there was plenty in there. Also had the hot cookie skillet for dessert. Really tasty, would recommend. The bar and stools could use refinishing is my only minor complaint. I woulbadine here again.

Stoneforge tavern Raynham Ma, A quaint rustic style serving ribeye good seasoning but too thin,delicious shrimp,mac and cheese had nice flavor,burgers were adequate (a bit dry) overall if your in the area give Stonforge Tavern a try.

Possibly was a fluke however upon our arrival and being seated by the hostess we were ignored for almost a half hour. With no server in sight we decided to leave and head to another nearby restaurant. The place did not seem busy enough to justify the wait and we saw several servers but none appeared to be ours. One did inform us that our server would be by shortly but that was already after we had been sitting for 20 minutes. After we found a replacement restaurant (while still sitting at our booth) we stood up to leave. Unfortunately our waitress chose that time to be walking toward our table. We just left.

The atmosphere was good, clean, and professional. The food is out priced by other nearby locations but if the more upscale atmosphere is desired then it is justified.

My experience may have been a fluke as I said before but it is definitely something I would not want to occur if talking business with a client.

Beautiful restaurant, great food and very lively environment. First time at stoneforge. At arrival, I realized I probably should have made a reservation being a Friday night, and it was packed. I put my name in to sit in the outdoor area as it was a beautiful evening and there was a band playing. The wait time was an hour. After waiting about 15 min, we changed our minds to just dine inside as it was only a half-hour wait. I received the text on my phone when our table was ready, and we went in the hostess quickly sat us. The menus were very large with a great assortment of foods to choose from. I also liked that they had different portion sizes that you could choose from as I don't eat a large meal. The waiter came over to take our orders and was very friendly and personable. I chose the Buffalo chicken with penne pasta, and my friend chose the rattlesnake pasta dish. It was just as bustling inside with sounds, tvs, and music, but for the large environment, it was easy to get lost in conversation. Our meals came out fairly quickly and were very delicious. The waiter checked in on us several times and eventually brought us our boxes to pack up our leftovers. It was a great experience. Tasty food and a great environment for any occasion.

We dined at this restaurant last evening to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. The food was great in the service was outstanding. The cost of the food was also very reasonable. We had a wonderful evening!
