This was my first time at this staples store and even though the printing process wasn’t smooth, the employee helping us, Jasmine, was super kind and understanding. The pdf that I needed was very complicated and the sharing process took up lots of time. Even so, Jasmine was helping us willingly in all ways possible, and I had my document printed in time. I will definitely come to staples again if I need printing because of the great customer service from employees like Jasmine. 5/5 for the customer service and help!
