Hey, I'm a Prime driver here. Not a bad place to pick up, but they're slow loaders – get here within 30 minutes of your appointment. I'm already an hour and a half past my drop and hook appointment, and they still aren't ready, but they say it'll be 30 minutes. No overnight parking, but you can bobtail park if there's space while you wait for your drop and hook. Prime drivers, the app might say it's not a drop and hook, but it probably will be. For pickups, ignore the entrance signs and go straight to shipping; deliveries, follow the signs. One way facility. Exit is by shipping

This facility is All Digital you must check in Via RC code or text message you will download your bill of lading no need to check into the office as you're signed b o l will be delivered to you via text there is very minimum space for backing in no staging room inside the gate I staged in the medium Lane before the entrance or you can go around the block and stage on the side of the road on Valencia Street until you get a door. If you get a door near the parked day cabs there is less room to back in making it more difficult so just take your time have a good day God bless

One of the worst places to deliver to, this place SUCKS !!!!!!
I guess this is what happens when you hire lazy people to do the job.
It should not take 7 hours to unload 10 pallets of product !
If they cannot receive and process all the product coming in, in an acceptable amount of time. ( mind you, they set up the appointments ), then they should scale down, driver should not have to pay for their incompetence and greed ! I lost the return load going home today because they didn’t unload me on time I
I’ve been here quite a few times and it’s almost the same every time, they’ll just give a bunch of excuses for not performing well, ……….HORRIBLE PLACE !

I unfortunately cannot provide a positive review. While it’s convenient to find a wide variety of fruits, nuts, and other products all under one roof, the quality is often lacking. On several occasions, I purchased dates and dried figs that were spoiled and even infested with worms. This was highly disappointing, and due to these repeated experiences, I find it difficult to recommend them.

I’d prefer to deal with a real person it’s a little confusing but I have a 7am I checked in day early @ 10:47 via digital method I got a response @ 4:28 and was in assigned a door by 5:38 am I’ll update post when I leave see how long it takes

Reviews really had me freaked out but this was an easy delivering. You don’t even have to go get mixed up with all the truck traffic until it’s time. Stage on E. Valencia. Text 657-315-1633 and sign in. It takes a few minutes for the automatic responses and scanning in your BOLs takes a few minutes too but other than that, easy! Wait for text with door number. They send your proof of delivery via text when you are done! We’d come back!
