Not terrible. But not great either. My biggest thing is lumper fees. I was charged $580 to unload. Not to Capstone or a third party. I paid them. They made money on their own delivery. How’s that work? $580 for 10 pallets. I could have lumped it myself. I would have a 2 hour time limit. They took 3 and charged me $580. How’s this work

No overnight parking but plenty of parking on the side street's nearby. It's one of the worst small companies you can deliver to. Appointment is at 4am they will tell you to pick any door from 5-10 for frozen and wait for some to come and open the door and it can be 2 or 3 hours later before they come and break your seal and open the door. But if you are 30 minutes late, you will have more late fees than what you are paid to haul the load. Plan on sitting here for at least 5 hours after your appointment time.

They dont have parking but front of wharehose parking available shoulder if street there is no parking sign but no problem i park almost 24 hour
They are scammer i am 1 hour late from appointments they charge 370$ for reappointed
Or Do whatever, press the button as many times as you want, i press the enter button, atlest 50 time but they won't open the gate open the gate at your own discretion and your in this way your appointment is delayed. So

Push button to open gate and park to the right side of fence. Walk to office by the “will call” door. My appointment was 08:00 but I got there at 07:00 and gave me door right away. They took about 2hrs to unload full trailer.they came to my door with paperwork. Pull out to the left from door and go around building to exit on the other side of building.

Appointment at 8, check in at 7.30. Now it is 12, still not finished unloading, lazy workers, high unloading fee. I hope this company will close down soon.

My appointment 2.00am Straight give door, 2.30 am check out, If you come Early send you outside, have Across the street Shoulder but have no parking signs

I had Arrived here at appt. Time . Had to figure out which gate is the entrance. Then I pull up to gate, push button, gate does not open. After 10 minutes and pushing button several times, gate opens. Then I go check in and clerk says I am late and there will be late fee.
We will contest late fee. Because there is no clear sign that says delivery entrance and its beyond the drivers control when they decide to open gate for you.
