We have been going here for a few years. They are very kind, helpful, good quality hay for my horses. Good feed for my chickens as well. One lady loves to talk but she’s very knowledgeable.

I was disappointed with the service. I waited 20 minutes in line because the cashier was talking with one customer. When she finally ringer up. I ask her if I could get a bag of mix protein for my chickens. She ask me to bring my bag to fill it up. And to give it to one of the workers. I wait and wait and they started helping the person that was after me and she did not care about me. She was smoking and letting the young new associate load everything instead of helping him. I think that the other customer got help first because he was white and I’m hispanic. I just left after I saw I was being ignored.

Kirsten at So Cal was so helpful. With this heat our Jersey, Nellie, got heat exhaustion. Kirsten recommended we add additional shade for Nellie, get a vitamin b shot, add electrolytes and wet Nellie down with cool water 4 times a day.
It worked and Nellie is doing very even with the heat.

This place is the worst place I've ever been. They know they sell me a bad float, but they don't return it. When I just want to exchange it, they find various reasons not to exchange it for me, and their attitude is bad.

First time in here today, and I will DEFINITELY be coming back again! Everyone is super friendly here, the animals look amazing, the feed is priced perfectly, and they bust their butts to help you. Don't sleep on this place if you're going to tractor for anything, especially feed, see what you're feeding your livestock/pets!
