Good mare motel for the money! Went with the plain steel finish option. We had some weather right after we put it up. The storm brought some snow and a lot of wind. No leaks from the snow and it held up to some pretty powerful wind gusts. I will likely order some more stalls from SoCal Fence and Barn for other projects on our ranch.

I ordered a 5 rail 50ft round one with powder coating. They delivered it on time brought it right to where I wanted it the setup was smooth and easy and the quality is far better than the rest of the panels I had previously. My next additions will definitely be from SoCal Fence and Barn. They even brought it to me in Nevada .

I will definitely be going back to SoCal Fence. They loaded me right up and more than gave me a deal. They didn’t bend me over like all the other fence supply places out there. Their prices are great and the people are even better. Thanks again David and Octavio! You will be seeing me and my friends soon! 5 star service. They delivered right to where I needed it at. Super easy to build. Built the double 12x24 half covered stalls by myself with some assistance from my wife. Couple times I’ve contacted them for additional parts like more roof panels or supports/clamps/posts and they make it happen. Whatever is needed they will take care of guaranteed! Will never go anywhere else. Like true Norco family.

We purchased a 4 horse mare motel. I was pleasantly surprised by the fit and finish. The structure was square and well built. All panels n brackets etc fit together nicely. Even the alignment tabs were precision, cut precisely to fit the gate panels. Nice work. And, It was delivered as part of the package. It did take a little bit of head scratching, looking at panels .. reading, looking at the pictures and reviewing the assembly instructions to sort out the assembly. The pictures helped a bunch! That said, I kinda forgot all the verbal assembly instructions at delivery, since it took 3+ months of my princess asking when is it gonna get built? .. lol! I can’t be the only one .. right! At the end of the day, if you own horses then you probably can sort it all out as well.

Thank you so much team SoCal Fence. Princess is happy and she has happy horses. So now we are all happy! 🤪 We really appreciate you and your fine work.

Oh hey and please note the coral shelter princess had you deliver last month will be going up sometime soon .. so she thinks .. lol
