My sons formula has been having a shortage due to it being imported, i called around everywhere couldn’t find it I was almost in tears. I called here and asked if someone can take a look and see if they have it before I made the 30 minute drive up, the man said they have it and 7 cans of it and I can have them all, he even took it to customer service for me until I arrived. The customer service lady was great as well. I wish I remembered there names so I could but those individuals out! You made a mommy happy and eased my stress ! ?

Was in yesterday picking up a few groceries for bbq family out of town visiting. When to the bakery looking for fresh whip cream. The young lady told me we make it for you . I thought that is Cool . Bakery girl mentioned she was frosting a cake it would be a few minutes. After 15 minutes I asked her I have to go can you please. She smiled at me yea once I am done with decorating my cake I can't just stop. Well unacceptable for anyone have to wait for a cake to be fully decorated. Service is better at Safeway pay s little more get great service . Bakery and the Pharmacy I don't recommend. I was refused my medicine 2 months ago and yes I have insurance. The pharmacy manager and his team are rude. So I actually see why the bakery follows the same ⁰∅ customer service satisfaction

I like the selection of overall products. Always something new for me to try. Great bakery and deli. The floral department has a nice mix of flowers in range of prices and nice plants. A better gourmet cheese section... where's the fancy Brie and Camembert cheese? Do I just miss it?

Yes they are a rude that doesn't buy anything. Every day the prices at Smith go further up. The person that said in a comment...great prices at Smith's must have an endless pockets.

I have shopped at Kroger based stores for years and Smith's falls short in quality. I found frosting on the shelf with an expiration of 2021 a few weeks ago! Went to buy tea today and every box was open. Does no one rotate stock or check dates here? Tried to buy pepper and the lid was damaged and opened as well. Vegetables go bad if you're able to buy anything that isn't rotted in the store. I wish I had more choices in stores in this area.

I never use a self-checkout, but today I decided to, and the price didn't come up right so I was asking for help and his facial and his hand movements was gestures of like I was an idiot. I thought at first maybe he can't speak , but his facials and and gestures was like really rude,I felt so insulted due to his actions I'll probably never go in that store again it was wrong be polite and help. I went across the street and went to Safeway and they were very polite , as they should be

The store is AMAZING. BUT the deli department needs an upgrade. A customer should not be told to check out in store because they have to take out trash. Low blow, especially when headed to work. Chicken was dry, and no one could tell me what time it was made.

Great place for ice, gas, and fresh produce. Very competitive prices. Great convenient location for the areas outdoor adventurers. Large parking lot so trail towing vehicles have easy access, too. Staff is friendly and helpful. The store is very clean and well stocked with all the snacks, beverages, and food items for a day out or a week. Fantastic place to load up before a good day of fishing on the river.
