Your drivers always block illegally I don't understand why you think this is normal the drivers are breaking the law by blocking my parents driveway they tell them time and time again but they don't give a shit i think this driver should be fired don't take your business to this place where they just don't care about residential rules. truck has a 96 on the front.

To the owner of the company I appreciate that you addressed this issue, my parents told me the driver has stopped parking in front and parking across the street where he should, I appreciate your professionalism

Don't come here before 10 A.M. Because they start recieving after 10 am. no parking inside warehouse. you gotta park on the street if you lucky enough to find a spot. watch out because the lady at the counter on door A gives you attitude for no reason.

Honestly, when I arrived and saw all the chaos, trucks parked blocking travel lanes, lack of english skills with most of the staff, I thought "well, I'll be here all day." I was wrong. I actually got a call less than an hour later from the head guy (nice guy with great english) telling me they already had a door for me, and the chaos was pretty much gone. They unloaded me super fast, and even waived the lumper fee for waiting that short 45 to 50 minutes. My original appt time to unload was 1 PM, and I was done there by 12:30 PM. I'd gladly go back next time.

Today after I had lunch at Koi Palace I Milpitas. I was backing out my car and going home. I saw a delivery truck coming from my right, so I stopped in the middle of backing out and let the truck pass me. The the truck stopped right behind me and start unloading and blocked me continue backing out in the same direction. The place where the truck stopped is right in the middle of the road, not in any parking space.

I was able to back out of my car from a different direction. Then I was trying to tell the truck driver that next time find a better place to unload because his truck was blocking my car.

The driver was very rude telling that I am not a cop and this isn't my business. Asked me to call the police. He is wearing a shot with SJ distribution. I don't know the drivers names.

I felt like the driver has no empathy on blocking me even if he saw I was backing out. He did not care at all. Just want to unload as fast as possible even if the truck is parked in the middle of the road and blocking cars from customers of the plaza

This may be individual and not the company. But given the person is at work when this happens, I think leaving a comment in the company's Yelp page may help the company better train their employees.

We just started ordering for Mai Thai Cuisine restaurant. So far, so good. Latrice has been very pleasant to work with. Prices and quality are great. Had 1 slight delivery mistake but the driver and Latrice took care of it immediately. Very satisfied so far. Would recommend to any restaurant owner.

Very friendly. They do not unload before 10 AM. Very tight backing, best to setup from the street outside of the gate.

I came to unload at this place the workers hardly speak any English very hard to communicate, they pretend you aren't there and make you wait a long time before they check your load and sign your papers. Very unprofessional!!
