I’ve been on 2 Sixthman music cruises. (Soon to be three) They were both absolutely fantastic. The experiences you get with musicians and the friends you make are unlike anything else you can find anywhere. Everyone on the boat is there for the same reason so it’s super easy to strike up conversations. Unfortunately We had an issue boarding one cruise we had paid in full for (my husband forgot his passport, lol) and while of course they could not give us a full refund- they did what they could and gave us a partial credit. They took care of us because we were obviously regulars of their cruises and that means something to them. The staff is unbelievably nice, down to earth and super organized while still laid back and fun. I’ll be going on another cruise in a month and I can’t wait. Oh, I’ve also spoken with artists about their experiences playing the cruises and they are also super happy. Thanx!

Do not use this company to go on a cruise ! My partner and I booked the day we could in June 2024 for the May 2025 cruise. Then it turned out he needed surgery and couldn’t go. We called and they refused to refund us. Said he could have just me on the reservation.
Then, I had surgery with a complication and they refused to give a refund or let us transfer or sell, even with a physician letter. They are a scam ! They have zero affiliation with the boat lines they charter with, so not even the cruise line can help you. The most ridiculous thing ever. They will sell our room for more money.

We had to cancel a cruise a week and a half prior due to a child custody case schedule change that was outside of our control. We had purchased the travel insurance through Travel Insured, and due to vague language, this particular claim was denied. We reached out to sixthman, and they offered to reimburse 50% minus the upgrade to the “cancel for any reason” insurance. While the offer was appreciated, I do not feel confident booking again.
Their customer service was quick and friendly, but I would be careful booking.

I am a huge fan of Sixthman. I went on the midland cruise and it was one of the happiest times in my life. The staff was kind, the ship was great, and everything was planned out. What a great way to see a music festival, and at the end of the night when you have had a little too much to drink, you can just walk back to your fully accommodated room on the ship. It was great, the acts were amazing and it felt very personal. I genuinely felt like the performers were putting on show just for me and my wife. A great experience and I will absolutely do again.

Very disappointed with the Hallmark Cruise. Sixthman and Norwegian did not communicate with one another and they blamed each other instead of taking and owning up to their own faults/mistakes. Very unorganized.
Booking the 2025 cruise is a joke; the people that cruised the 2024 cruise should have had first option to book for the 2025 cruise. I was given a date to book during the pre booking and the date was changed to a later date. This process is not effective and does NOT give all interested parties to participate .Too late now because the cruise is sold out. Hallmark and their staff are fabulous; it’s too bad the cruise wasn’t the same.
Hallmark please change cruise lines in 2026 if your planning another cruise.

I do not recommend. I went on the Hallmark Cruise. I’m hearing impaired, disclosed ahead of time, got a confirmation that they received my request for listening devices ahead of the cruise and that they recorded my allergies. Then once I was on the cruise - their employees straight out gaslit me for the first two days, one of them illegally questioned my disability as I “looked” abled. It was impossible the hear or see close enough to read lips due to the overcrowding, zero accessibility seating close enough and the crazy fans who were so excited that they left no space for anyone else to see what’s going on.

It took me leaving a Facebook post to get a response the following day, and that response came in the form of the employees still confused on what they could do to help me. I got mixed information from Laura and Alex. Finally was told by Alex it turned out that only the main movie was closed captioned and only one room in the whole ship had the ability to use a listening device. Even when on day 3 after we get back from going on shore, they had someone try to help me get closer to the stage on the main boat to read lips but that just led me to being pushed around and trampled by crazy abled Hallmark fans who have zero respect for personal space boundaries who saw me in that space and climbed over to get in front of me to block my view. So I basically only able to experience 3 events in the whole cruise.

To add to the miserable time - the next morning I woke up early violently ill inspite wearing a scopolamine patch, feeling dizzy and I threw up 7 times. I dragged myself to the med bay, paid $284 to stop feeling like I was dying. They gave me some nausea meds, and I eventually went back to my room - slept away my 4th day. When I woke up I couldn’t see close up anymore. My vision somehow went to complete shit after taking the meds - I had to keep taking my glasses on and off trying to see. My friend and I finally went out to the final event since it was moved indoors due to weather and the listening device worked in the theater. Which again made it one of three events I was able to attend and heard the whole trip - even tho now I could barely see.

I found out once I got ashore from my doctor that it sounded like I had food poisoning from dinner the previous night and then the meds interacted to cause vision problems. It took 3 days to feel back to normal.

But seriously. I do not recommend Sixthman cruises. The whole thing was a total disappointment for me. I was told by Sixthman Alex I did all I could to get the help I needed from them pre cruise - they just failed to get the accommodations in place. She tried to bribe me (said it wasn’t a bribe but come on) to be ok with the fact I paid over 5k to barely enjoy the experience with a free meal on board - but I was so damn sick that last day - I never was able to even get that.

So - next to no accommodations, ship/event was way too overcrowded, the staff unprepared, the events not organized to allow even 1/5 of the the 2900 ppl on board to have a fair shot to enjoy most of them.

Just a complete waste of money for me and I do not recommend for anyone else for when it happens next year.

My wife & I had a terrific experience on the Hallmark Christmas Cruise! The staff was wonderful.

Since there were a number of Hallmark stars, they brought their own security. Hector on their team was terrific at crowd control!

Bait and switch for the boots on the water cruise. Everywhere they posted big and rich ft Gretchen Wilson would be the head liner. They are only playing one time and then leaving the cruise. It was led to believe that they would do more as they were promoted as such across all platforms. Asked for a refund and they basically said you get what you get because it’s not their cruise. I told them if you went to a festival and the head liner played for 10 minutes and left wouldn’t you be upset? They refused a refund.
