Very Happy to have found a SiteOne store, and in Newbury Park too, very close to my home, that was able to locate a 10ft Hasegawa tripod ladder for orchard pruning at a West Coast store nearby for me! (I had been to 5 different stores, SiteOne and other hardware stores, to look for this brand of ladder. Drove everywhere, more than 140miles total, but couldn't find it.)

Samuel, the store manager of SiteOne in Newbury Park, called other SiteOne stores in Southern Calif, and found a Hasegawa tripod ladder at the Site One Palmdale store. Samuel went above and beyond to arrange for the ladder to be brought from Palmdale to Newbury Park when other deliveries from the Palmdale store to the Newbury Park store were made. (This saved me some hefty shipping freight fees to have ladder ordered from East Coast!) The ladder arrived 3wks earlier than original ETA, which was great!

Samuel was very kind to have the ladder delivered to my house, which happened to be very close to his store. His crew member who delivered the ladder was very careful with the ladder, and when I offered gratuity, he declined.

Highly recommend the SiteOne store in Newbury Park/Thousand Oaks. Even when the item is not at the store, Samuel and his team will go the extra effort to locate it and get it to you!

As a DIY guy I sometimes feel that I don't belong in a pro shop like Smith's Pipe. Happy to say that Samuel at Site One was very helpful when I needed Superior parts for a sprinkler system.
