Very friendly, came from out of town and had a wheel bearing catastrophically fail and needed 2 new. The 2 guys helping me knew their stuff, pulling parts randomly (knowing where their stock is)and finding the parts I needed to get me on my way. Not know how to do any vehicle maintenance what so ever( barely can change my own oil) they described in great detail what to do and how to put everything together. Very thankful for these two that spent about 30 minutes/ hour of their day to help me out.

Got put on hold through 2 different receptionist's.
Got the standard we'll call you back routine when available.
Never did! This is the 2nd time this has happened with them .
Poor business practices.
I'll just go to Van Wall in Osky; at least they are reachable.

I live in Ottumwa , but after waiting for over three weeks too receive a dollar figure on a new 1025rTLB I called Sigourney. I received a cost in about 15 minutes from Jeff , sales person at that site . Jeff has answered all my questions and has answered three other phone calls with answers in a timely manner . The dealership is allowing to try out a used 1025r which I picked up today . I spoke with two other sales people today who also were more than happy to speak with me and helped to get it loaded up . Very professional. Over two months have now went by with no call from Ottumwa .

I cant say enough about the wonderful staff here at Sinclair Tractor. I had a group of people in from Belgium who were doing a week long tour of the John Deere Plants throughout Iowa. We just happened to stop in to a dealership in kalona and the staff there went over and above to give us a tour and answer all the questions the Belgians had. I told them that we were then heading down to Sigourney to another dealer which they happened to own also. The staff got in their cars and followed us over there, gave us the grand tour, free drinks, souveniers and trinkets to take home, and to top it all off, brought out 2 huge 9 series tractors for everyone to actually drive. This by far was the highlight of their trip. In Belgium, their equipment is much smaller and they were amazed by the size of the equipmemt here in the states. The staff easily gave up 2 hours of their time to host us on ZERO NOTICE. A truely class act dealership and wonderful people.
