Great little store. Always has what we need and surprisingly (for the size) has a great selection of very nice organic and artisan things. Really glad to have this store in the neighborhood. The liquor store also has a really great selection of local beers. This place has become my primary place to shop because of its great selection!

Lot’s of healthy and organic choices and a variety of choices on produce, dairy and they also have some deli there.
Liquor store is also really convinient and the prices are really reasonable comparing to every other store in Vail.

If your in East Vail stop by and smile. They might say to you don’t come in and politely say go home.
This the best / easiest place to buy goods. The liquor store opens earlier and accepts paper currency and credit cards. The others and their reviews are poor. This place warrants respect.

Sim's Market was a great place to stop for a quick, off the beaten path in Eastern Vail for snacks on our way through Vail. The restrooms were accessible in the facility just East of Sim's Market. The attendant was friendly. The shoppers were courteous and accommodating of my six year old that could not make up his mind of what he wanted (Haha). Yes, it is pricey, but it is a small shop in a mountain town. The view is gorgeous to take a break from traveling.
As you walk in, there is an ATM. To the left is the market and to the right is the wine and liquor store. There are apartments above all of the shops, so be courteous and quiet as you shop, please.

We were staying in the nearby apartment for 3 nights and could find everything that we needed at this store. Little pricier, but expected.
Good amount of parking spaces too.

Linniea (girl at the register) gets the "Most RUDE person Award."
Twice she was rude to me.
Last week she told me I didn't have a proper facemask on (which it wasn't true), so I left without buying anything.
Three days later, when I approached the register to pay for a beverage, she said to me, "You are too close to me" - I was more than 6 feet away - so I left without buying anything again.
There is a polite way that she could have talked to me, but she is rude and unhappy.
She should not be working in customer service when she is miserable and doesn't know how to talk to people.
Also I don't understand a market that doesn't have eggs, soy or oat milk to sell.
