This lady is the most racist person that works in this place yesterday I went out with my mother and as soon as I handed over my things everything was fine until it touched my mother that's when she started with attitudes what she doesn't know is that my mother was born here and that my mother didn't say anything to her because she respects her elders and my children but I don't give a damn who she is no one gets involved with my mother if she doesn't know how to leave her problems at home before getting to work she is simply not fit to deal with customers she has to learn to provide quality service if she wants to stay in her position because a lady of this age can't come looking for problems with someone she doesn't know and for no reason much less. That's why I say that there are people and there are people and this lady is the devil himself may God bless her because she needs it.

I ordered a cake for my daughter's birthday. Vinny took my initial order and was wonderful. I had to come the same day to pick up the picture that I wanted to put on the cake and the baker, she was wonderful. one thing that we really wanted was extra cannoli cream in the cake and that is exactly what we got. It was so thick and delicious. On top of that the cake was absolutely beautiful. I thought with the color scheme I chose and the picture having a peach like background that it wasn't going to work but it was absolutely beautiful. She did such an amazing job. Thank you so much. My daughter absolutely loved it.

Used to be my favorite place to shop, but it’s been so dirty lately. Cockroaches on the coffee. Dirty bathrooms. No wipes or hand sanitizer through the store. Will probably only go there to get something on sale. they also own the laundromat which has also become disgusting. Called six times and no one answered the service desk phone for the seventh time. I literally stood in front of the desk and no one answered it.

Unwelcoming experience shopping at the seafood dept I was told the associate was new that was understandable however the seafood manager was present when I placed my order after being told to come back to pick up my order in about 20min the new associate gave me my order with the manager present I asked why the pan of steamed muscles was cold and the associate said he was busy with other orders but it was steamed I got it home and had to throw it out I returned 2 weeks later and mentioned to the same employee about it and he apologized stating the manager told him not to complete my order I’m a regular shopper at that location and the whole experience was very unsettling my daughter decided to give it a try again and had the same experience I spoke to the customer service manager and she personally brought my order to the customer service desk I will not be going back there I can shop where I am treated respectfully would like to think my race wasn’t the reason to be treated poorly!

Amazing supermarket, went there about a half hour before closing on a Sunday and every Dept staffed and cheery. Patient and all helpful, needed to use the restroom and it was well stocked and very clean. Unbelievable amount of stock from one end of store to the other and zero percent clutter or out of place end of ailse overstock. In and out in a few minutes and never felt rushed near closing hour. Check the weekly circular at the outstanding discounts and unbeatable prices.

I do love shopping at Shoprite, but recently have been disappointed in the bakery items on display. I picked up a cake over the weekend and wanted to purchased a few additional small bakery items in their display. 90% of the items were covered in a blue/pink chocolate drizzle topped with a cherry. Now don't get me wrong, they looked cute, but not everyone wants additional toppings on their cannoli cake or eclair.

What a ripoff; I bought an 8 pc hot chicken and there were only 6 pcs. Three of them were wings. They should hire people who know how to count!

Went shopping today, 01/10/2024, Senior Day.
Out of stock on Folgers coffee $1.99 with digital coupon. An employee was able to locate 4 breakfast blend in the warehouse and brought them to me.
Why should I even need to ask about an extremely “hot” price on an extremely popular brand of coffee.
Shelves were empty with ZERO explanation why.
I guess a customer has to shop the day their ad breaks, or get used to dissatisfaction and disappointment!!!😕
