Still and always a great company. Central to the Phoenixville Area with all the supplies you could need for landscaping and gardening. Plants, flowers and shrubbery. Quarry stone and gravel. Clean and organized. I just had 18 yards of black mulch delivered and the material looks great. The office is run with courtesy and professionalism.

Great company with all the landscaping materials you could need. The supply yard and trucks are kept clean and tidy. Office lady is very knowledgeable, organized and polite. Highly recommend Shep`s Yard.!! Good people all the way around.

The shame of buying firewood is almost too great to bear. We cut, split, stack, and dry our own firewood - heating our house almost entirely with wood stoves.

But, I planned poorly and we ran out. I bought 2 cords from here. This rotten, wet, soft wood is too depressing. After this was delivered we started burning oil. I can't even look my friends in the eye.

But honestly, this is laughably bad firewood that I would't even purchase to burn outside. We'll be having a $700 smoldering outdoor bonfire.

I haven't been this disappointed since I ordered "fresh lobster" in Kansas.

I recently purchased some beautiful boulders from Sheps ranging from 1000-2000 lbs! The yard is cool to visit and the delivery and individual placement of each boulder was a thing of beauty! Ben, who delivered and placed the boulders, was efficient, careful, and incredibly skilled. If you are looking to add some hardscaping to your landscape, I would highly recommend using Sheps for your supply.

In a world where doing business in the retail market is nothing short of a massive headache, my husband and I are so grateful to have Sheps Yard so close.

Even though we have a measure twice cut once mentality it was still imperative we explained our 700 SQFT DIY patio we're now wrapping up.  They helped us make sure we used the right crushed gravel base and confirmed, reconfirmed sizes quantities etc for our flagstone delivery. They seem to have a great relationship with their suppliers and had np issues going to them with custom requests.

Expectations were set and met regarding lead time and delivery which was refreshing despite post COVID transport challenges.  Lexi at Sheps was very communicative, kept us informed of everything along the way from, quotes, invoices and delivery. Chris the owner oversaw our delivery which was unexpected but great.  Andrew who delivered our product gave us a heads up prior to delivery and even let my daughter admire their skid steer, trailer and massive truck.  I used to work in O&G with companies who ran capital equipment for a living and these guys/gals take pride in their equipment and maintain it well. Andrew strategically placed our massive flagstone order strategically to make it easier for us to unload and did his best to minimize yard wear.  We will be referring these guys to our neighbors family and friends.  If you decide to work with them I'm certain they won't disappoint.

I ordered two cords of firewood for the first time. The team at Shep's yard was friendly when scheduling the drop off. The driver had no trouble backing the dump truck down our side-road right where I stack the wood. What does a firewood nerd do immediately after unload? Whip out the moister meter of coarse! The team member on the phone wasn't kidding when she said it was fully-seasoned. This wood is already starting to grey-out and the highest moister content reading I got was 17%

I ended up building a pile of logs that needed some additional splitting. All 3 of them. After stacking, we raked up the free mulch at the bottom of the pile to dress the base of some of our trees. It was a good day thanks to Shep's yard.

After it was stacked, came the moment of truth. Is it really two full cords? Yup. Shep's yard earned my family's repeat business hopefully for years to come.

Amazing customer service, reliability, and products, and prices. You can be in and out with 5 yards in your trailer within 5 minutes, after paying there. Best supplier in the ville.

I recently purchased 5 yards of screened topsoil from Shep’s yard and I must say, I am extremely satisfied with my experience. After the harsh winter that caused damage to my yard from plowing and salt, I needed to replace the dead grass. I decided to order from Shep’s Yard and they were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the ordering process.

When the delivery driver arrived, I showed him exactly where I wanted the topsoil dumped and he handled it with great professionalism. The company as a whole demonstrated a high level of expertise and customer service.

I am very pleased with the quality of the topsoil and the overall experience with Shep’s Yard. I will definitely be returning in the near future when I need screened topsoil again!

I ordered a half cord of wood from Shep's Yard. The wood was very wet and will not burn (I have tried to have several fires - and it just doesn't work).

When I called up to discuss the issue, the attendant that I spoke to said that I was somehow causing the issue because I brought the wood into my garage and put it in a dry elevated place.

When you are charging your customers over 200 dollars for a half cord of wood - I expect that it will actually burn. Needless to say I will not be ordering again - I would not recommend this yard for Firewood.
