Fresh goat meat and veal is easily available here. The meats are fresh cut and ambience is quite nice. Quite well maintained farm and have places to do BBQ also. Free tea coffee while you wait for the meat to be cut & prepared is quite impressive.

Lovely place to pick your required stuff. Nice polite guy handle to quite nicely and let you choose whatever you want. But the guy cutting lamb technique is not a proper way. I bought the whole lamb for home use, and even though he was told to cut into small normal pieces , he didn't do that. Out of rush the Guy named Khalid cut the lamb in Big pieces and now I am unable to cut it again at home, so I have to throw the big chunk of pieces into pot the same size.

I recently visited shepherdstouchfarm with the intention of purchasing a cow weighing over 500 pounds, but my experience was frustrating and confusing.

Upon my arrival, I spoke with several workers about the price per pound. One worker quoted me $3.00 per pound, another said it was $3.50, and the final worker stated it was $4.00 per pound. The lack of consistent pricing made it challenging to make an informed decision.

Unfortunately, due to this inconsistency and confusion, I ended up leaving the farm without making a purchase. I traveled three hours to get there, and I was disappointed not only by the varying prices but also by the overall lack of clear communication.

Went to buy a lamb which they sold me 3$ a pound. The weight of the live lamb was 110 pounds. After slaughtering the weight of the meat was just 47 pounds including only liver and stomach. I donot took head and feet. The final price of meat come to 6.9$/pound
So the question is would i go again?
Yes I would go again as the quality of meat is good and the meat is lean and has less fat.
Next time i will buy a goat.

I had a great experience at this farm. The staff are nice and polite. I came here for EID and purchase lambs. Ephraim is very welcoming and helpful so were all the other staff. If I could give 6 stars I would.

I found this farm from a tiktok video and was immediately intrigued! Mainly because it was a Halal farm. From the very first communication to the last, Samer, Ben, and any other staff that may have assisted me were so patient and knowledgeable!

I asked MANY questions as this was my first time buying an animal straight from the farm. They never made me feel silly or treated me as an inconvenience! Samer gave me sound guidance on the process to get the best quality for my desired meat cuts.

For anyone new to this process, I'll add pics so you can get a visual of approximately how much meat will be yielded after the butchering. I purchased a 80lb (I believe) lamb for $280 which is expected to yield about 40-45lb. I feel I got every pound of that, if not more. Once cleaned and bagged at home, I had 5 fully packed medium vacuum sealed packs and 6 or 7, 2.5 gallon freezer bags which were filled about 3/4 of the way. One bag, I plan to ground up.

Payment was seamless and I am EXTREMELY happy with my purchase! Personally, I will be back again and I'll recommend to everyone I come across looking for quality meat and beautiful people!
