This was my first time at this Sheetz and my Voodoo Shwingz were over seasoned . There was so much seasoning on the chicken it seemed
As if the top came off . I have had these wings from other sheetz and they never came like this . Such a shame I could only get 2 down of the 6.

I'm a big sheetz fan, the food is always amazing, they have free air for tires, the points you get can make it so you can get money off per gallon, and they have a nice selection of products and foods in store. I did have an issue, but whenever I called the manager, Jennifer, she was incredibly polite and helpful. Would recommend!

I got yelled at for picking up my first drink while the second was being made, which was on the pickup counter and labeled as ready on the tv screen. The drink wasn’t even made right…

I highly recommend to those to go to a different Sheetz or not to go at all.

To the team working 12/9 making food. I sincerely hope all of your fast food is cold for the rest of your life. I am pregnant and was so looking forward to a fresh chicken sandwich. Instead got the coldest chicken sandwich that must have been sitting out all day. I don't feel like risking my unborn child's life on whether or not it has bacteria growing on it. We are remodeling our kitchen and I have no food in my house and now have to eat cup ramen for the night instead. Getgo never did me dirty like this. Their food is always fresh. The sauce I paid extra for for my fries was also not included. Do better.

Normally have good experience here but tonight I ordered a home style chicken salad with tomatoes, drove all the way home just to discover they forgot the chicken and barely filled the bowl with lettuce. Never thought I'd need to check my food to make sure the chicken in my chicken salad was included. Too late and tired to drive back but this is unacceptable. Definitely will be more cautious moving forward.

Sheetz, you need to do better. Ordered a build your own salad and it only comes with lettuce, not even dressing is included. I added chicken breast, cheese, and roasted bell peppers and the chicken is not solid chicken,. It is compressed chicken bits that are gummy and slimy. This salad was $11.02. Extremely over priced for lettuce, gummy chicken, a pinch of cheese and a Mellon Baller scoop size of peppers. Even if a salad comes with only lettuce, it should come with dressing included. That is what makes lettuce a salad in the first place. Without dressing, lettuce is just lettuce, not salad. The only saving grace to earn two stars is the friendly and fast staff. There were two different people in the drive through I went to so I am giving one star for each. I am happy to offer some menu consultation. Just message me and follow my guidance, and your reviews will reflect improved customer satisfaction.

Don’t come here late night. Service is disrespectfully slow. The people are nice but they must need more people, or members who are more efficient at making food in a timely manner.
