I love everything the founder is doing to bring focus to the Agro diversity in India. However the batter business maybe needs to stop. Over the last few months every single batter container I purchased from Trinethra, India cash and Carry etc are all spoiled. Even worse, one was already open when I tried to make idlis. If you have lost the ability to audit the stores and maintain your quality stop selling perishables. No one has time to return items to the store and such. If we did we would make our own batter

Delicious Indian mangoes! They do free mango tasting some Saturdays. We went for that and bought a pack of Kesari mangoes. Properly packed and very sweet. They let us check the box to ensure mangoes are in good shape. Highly recommended for your summer mango fix.

Rotten mangoes…even after asking them to replace the mangoes they refused as it was visibly bad from the outside. On going home i saw how rotten they were. Its always a bait and switch here.

Edit: responding to the business- i got malgova mangoes. Two out of a box for 70 bucks were rotten. No response after sending email to customer service

DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE WE MADE! We bought a box of mangoes, but out of 7, 6 were rotten! We tried contacting them through phone, email, and everything else as you can see in the attached screenshots, but they never responded. It's frustrating when a company ignores its customers like this. They should at least own up to their mistake. We understand you can't check every mango, but you should take responsibility. It's not right to just take money and send rotten fruit. We suggest avoiding this company altogether. They're not reliable and don't care about their customers.

Bought Alphonso mangoes box from them , every single mango was spoilt and gone rotten from inside . Pathetic experience . The whole box was around 50$ which is damn expensive compared to other Indian stores . bought a banginpally box as well and that was not so good either . I would never buy again from here .

Horrible product. A subpar expensive substitute when you cannot make the batter yourself at home. There are other better batter brands around but this one just isnt. Horrible rude customer service. They aren’t doing anyone a favor here.

I spoke with you a few months ago, though you may not remember. During that conversation, you seemed to place the blame on the store though the quality of the batter has nothing to do with the shop where I am buying it from. For what it’s worth, you did provide a replacement. However, when the driver mistakenly gave us more than one, you had them wait outside our door to retrieve the extra item. That felt unnecessarily petty.

Recently I've started noticing that the 64 oz idli batter container is filled only up to about 3/4th and sometimes just about 2/3rd of the container. I understand the fermentation needs some space for the batter to expand but not 1/4th of the container.
