I used really enjoy shopping at Shamrock!

Hopefully upper management see this post so I can change my opinion to 5stars but for now I’m disappointed in my recent experience here.

First, I had to turn around and get a refund bc they didn’t have the correct price updated which was no big deal but the 2nd issue was when I got home started breaking down the 40lb chicken breast box and 12.5 lbs of it was off bad. This 40lbs box of chicken breast must have been unattended, hit room temperature bc a lot of its water bleed out of its meat and was pooled in its juice. The meat was getting soft mushy and changing colors in certain areas which is a sign of spoiling.

I called the store requested for management but was denied the staff that responded told me to bring everything back which I already separated/processed and was too exhausted once I got home from my second trip back again.

Did the math and it would have been cheaper to buy a value pack at Walmart less work with the amount of loss I took.

I’d rather support local suppliers but it seems like I have no choice if I’m trying to budget

I loved everything in here, though I found it to be a bit pricey for me. 5 stars for selection and 4 stars due to price 😆

I went there and Jen King was very helpful. She helped me find all the things I needed and had some really good suggestions. She made sure that I had the best experience ever. She was very friendly and had such a pretty smile. Overal, she made sure that I felt welcome to come back 🙂

What a great experience we had with Elizabeth's helpfulness, she went above and beyond and her knowledge of product and where everything was phenomenal, and much appreciated it was my first time shopping here and i was a little lost and she was such a great help. Got my things faster than I anticipated and back on the road in great timing!

I just wanted to say how much I appreciate all the employees down at Shamrock for always being so helpful! Don't see what you want in store? They can order it for you and it's available for pick up the next day or so, it's that easy!

Needless to say, far more reasonable than most places!!

We came In looking for a specific mustard, Elizabeth knew exactly what we were looking for. Led us right to where is was. Her greeting and smile alone set the tone for our whole vist and she was efficient as she checked us out too. We will absolutely be back to stock up on stuff and I hope we run Into Elizabeth again. Good job hiring this one!
