I was 2 hrs early, got unloaded with in an hour.
Only had 4 pallets. Anyways don't know if there is overnight parking.

Really easy to get along with these people
I little bit of mistakes, my BOL was showing other address and the young woman didn't know that even with other address my deal was supposed to be at this location, something between broker and big corporate, then the young woman at the drivers check in told me go to door 18,the lumper guy wait for me to dock at door 18 and then he said go to 32,I told him ,man do you think this is a bike or mini car to be park fast and easy....that make me feel upset
Anyway, still good people to get along

Does Shamrock not read these? If it's that bad, they need to do something! We sometimes just drop our trailers there. But most can't. Shamrock read these!

The one star is for the people in the guard shack, they were nice and efficient after that it was a waiting game, and not a fun one. We lost two loads waiting here, one was less then two miles down the road at 2:30 pm. We arrived here at 730 am for our appointment,parked waited for call to a door, that was 3 hours, 2 more hour before they begin to unload, big lumper fee and 3 more hours later we were done. Almost 4 pm when we rolled out the door . If you have a choice don't come here. If you have to come here ,pack a lunch and don't book another load until the next day . They need to step up their game.

Been Here many times. Had positive experience here for the most time. If I had to complain about a few things, they would be: very long unloading time, no restroom anywhere and kind of a tight backing to a dock if every door is taken. Still doable, but not easy. Be careful. The Security and people in the office are always really nice to me. Never had any issues. Biggest issues would be how long it takes to get u loaded. Today over 6 hours unloading time. Other times only took less than two hours.

One star is Too much!
If you got delivery in this company , you're gonna be lucky if you load anything same day.
My appointment was in 8 AM right now it's 4:15 PM in and they still unloading ,and this is not 1st time every time almost.
My pick up appointment was in 3 PM And I still didn't make.

Plan on long unload times. Arrived 1 day early for 9am appointment. Friendly staff, would not accept delivery until day of appointment. Returned at 5am. Assigned dock at 0720, 3 hours to physically unload full truck apx 28 pallets of foam cups. They do have nice bathrooms inside door 14.
