"Exploring the stunning beauty of Seward, I embarked on a ferry journey that led me through towering glaciers and breathtaking wildlife encounters. The sight of seals lounging on icy shores, playful otters gliding through the water, and penguins adding a whimsical charm to the scene made the adventure unforgettable. Surrounded by the majestic landscape and crisp Alaskan air, this voyage was a perfect blend of nature’s raw power and its serene wonders."

Took the Wildlife Tour. I cannot believe the animals we saw and the natural habitats were amazing. Bubble feeding whale - what? Mind blowing. Both kinds of puffin and where they nest! Tons of sea otters, eagles and on and on. This is a must see ?

Quick check in, security and access to the ship. The staff was lovely! Note we arrived early before the busses and the train arrived.

We ended our cruise in Seward and disembarked here, which was a very straightforward and easy process, besides the bit of rain ☔ I'm not entirely sure how they would handle multiple ships or embarkation, as the facility seems a bit small for the task, but our experience went as-desided.

This was our second Alaska cruise but our first Seward stop. Had a wonderful hike through the forest with a fantastic tour guide. Our hike took us along the river where the fish had been swimming upstream to spawn. Went past the fish hatchery where we were entertained by fish trying to swim up the release shoots. The tour ended at an old sawmill where they carve totem poles using traditional methods, tools, and skill.

Can't say enough about the infrastructure related to the tourist industry here.. they got your back.. went from here to Anchorage for flight home .. beatiful bus ride ..they took our luggage and forwarded it to the convention center, so we didn't have to end the trip .. we had another awesome day in Anchorage.. then they shuttled us to the airport .. good people at every step, they definitely helped insure we got the most of our visit to this incredible place.. Thank you to all who served us ..we will never forget it..

Shoot out to Rhonda!!! She was so amazingly helpful setting us in the right direction when our cruise ship stopped in on the way to Japan. There was some confusion with the shuttle buses to and from town. Rhonda found us a driver and directions that saved so much time. Thank you again!!!
