I’ve been buying plants from here for a couple of years now, but I felt compelled to write this review based on my experience with Vicki. She was helpful from the beginning and very patient with explaining all the different options. When I called back for the delivery, she even went as far as to measure the plant for me to ensure we dug the appropriate size hole. We overshot and ordered an extra tree. It was a breeze just having her do a refund for that over the phone. Nowadays, it’s hard to find excellent customer service, which Vicki excelled in. I would highly recommend asking for her

False advertising. I received an email stating ALL perennials and grasses were 25% off. When I got to the cashier with a butterfly bush and spirea I was told these plants are not included in the sale because they are bushes. These plants are perennials. On top of that the cashier charged me three dollars more than the amount listed on the plant’s tag. When I went back to get that credited I was made to feel that was my fault somehow.

Every time I visit Seoanes I see something that I just have to have! The staff is great - helpful & knowledgeable. The perennials and annuals are always quality plants. I will always come back for more! This is a cement flower basket I treated myself to about 13 or so years ago, and it still is one of the main focuses of my front yard. Now surrounded by tulips.

Great selection of plants and trees. Our dogwoods bloom nicely every year. Everyone there is so helpful, knowledgeable and kind. Shop this small business, you won’t be disappointed!

Worst experience ever. Small business. Came in for mulch which they told Mr the have. 2 yards. Planned my whole day and tomorrow morning around getting the mulch. No one can drive the machine to load the truck. Then I was told there isn't 2 yards. Interesting because there is at least 5 yards I am looking at. When I pulled in the parked lot they were loading another company's dump truck. Terrible way to do business. Absolutely ridiculous.

Great conifer selection, and high quality stock. I visited here from NC on a suggestion from a family member and I'm glad I did. Coming from the nursery industry myself, it was awesome to see how their offerings differed from the typical southern plants I see all the time. Especially all the conifers, and they had quite a few dwarf varieties available! I grabbed myself a mugo pine, something you don't see at all down south, and I have the perfect afternoon shade spot that I think will suit it well for our climate. I was very impressed with the quality of the plants. They are clearly well cared for.

Highly recommend! They have an amazing selection, competitive prices (annuals cheaper here than the Lowe's across the street!) with super healthy plants, etc. Conveniently lots of friendly, helpful staff everywhere to answer any questions, or to help with picking plants to go together, etc. IMO, best nursery around!
