To the owner directly: rather than lecturing clients repeatedly about “working smarter not harder” how about do YOUR job!

Everyone's so in their emotions. This is the only nursery I will ever go to. They always have something new, and if they don't have it, they know where to get it. Always got great advice, even if I'm stubborn and don't usually listen.

People complaining about service head to Lowe's--you can have someone zombie-walk through "perfect customer service" for you.

The best nursery in the area! Plenty of options and amazing prices. They have herbs, flowers, roses, fruit trees, and more! They also have a greenhouse room with a ton of indoor plants. Highly recommended to everyone. It is a family run business and they are always so happy and helpful, and most importantly extremely knowledgeable. There is also a cute cat that likes to say hello, so no dogs allowed. Do your nursery shopping here!

Oh my gosh, going to this garden center was such a wonderful experience. I went in with a few questions which they happily helped me with! Then they showed me where the items on my list were located, and helped me with everything! So knowledgeable and such a wonderful environment! And they have a shop cat who was sleeping on his perch! So adorable! They also help load in heavy bags of soil to your car for you! I am definitely coming back here anytime I have a garden need! I got basil, parsley, and a tomato plant!

Meh. Not a fan and don’t understand the appeal. Do they have a wide variety of plants? Yes. It just feels disorganized and a bit messy. Prices seemed fair.

Now I understand the negative reviews.
I called about a problem I am having with what I think are rats eating my geraniums and they told me to bring in a cutting and to take pictures. They DID NOT tell me to put the cutting in a bag (which I completely understand so that I don't bring "anything" in). I walk in and both the husband and wife literally started yelling at me to stop where I was and wouldn't stop yelling even after I asked them to. I was only walking up to the counter which is right when you walk in. I also said I'd go back to my car to get a bag and they said no, I didn't need to. Apparently there is something on the door also that says to put cuttings in a bag but there is so much junk on the door, I didn't even pay attention to that. If I'm honest, while they were yelling at me, I said "now I understand the bad reviews". So needless to say we did not get off to a good start. You couldn't pay me to go back there even if they were the best nursery on the planet. They are rudest people I have encountered in a very long time.

The staff was very knowledgeable and honest when I inquired about fungus gnat treatment. I originally went in to purchase a pouch of nematodes to help with my gnat problem. They had them in stock, but the man at the counter suggested I come back in a few weeks as they would have a new batch on hand which may prove to be more effective (nematodes have a very short shelf life). He then pointed me to another (and cheaper) product which I told him I had been using. He asked a few questions and determined that I have been using the product incorrectly. He walked me through the best way to use it and recommended that if I’m still having a gnat issue in a few weeks to then come back for the nematodes. No upselling or condescension, just friendly help. I’ll be coming back.
