The delivery drivers consistently drop off orders in the public alley and sun, despite having access into the restuarant or without notice when staff is on location. I understand we're not the only orders being delivered but its lazy

So my only experience with this company is an interaction with a driver. He came into the apartment complex at 7am, parked illegally, and blocked my driveway all while leaving the engine running while the truck was parked right next to my window. I tried speaking with the driver, and he ignored me and didn't care. I am not a customer, BUT I won't let rude behavior slide and hope the company doesn't allow this to happen again.

Really good ppl there. I got there about 0630 and the dock personel got there @ 0700. They let me bavk into a dock and waited. As soon as they got there, they unloaded me within 10min. A++ wish more warehouse's were like these folk's. Keep up the good hard work!!

Wow! I've just recently toured the company and seeing the work that they do, and the care they put into the cleanliness and the quality of the fish. I was able to have their high-end Scottish Salmon and it was some of the best fish I have ever had. Lastly, the work that they do on sustainability and ethical sourcing puts them a step above everyone.

I was having a dinner party and wanted fresh Ahi and realized I would pay premium . I called Seattle fish well before and discussed the logistics. I was assured the would send FedEx priority and I would receive my order before noon and the date of my dinner party. Called the day before the shipment was to go out for a tracking number. They didn't have it and called back and they had created a FedEx ticket so that they could give me a tracking number. Checking the tracking number with FedEx a ticket was created by Seattle Fish but it was never shipped. This was a tremendous inconvenience as I had to look for Ahi in Denver the morning of the dinner and all I could find was frozen. This also was an inconvenience as they had already charged my CC and now ai have to hope they follow through and refund my charge. THE DROPPED THE BALL .

The staff that works there are an awesome bunch. Their managers, however, could go for a bit of a training in customer service. I guess the promotion inflates the ego a bit too much.
