I have been using them for years for the convenience and a few products that I can't find anywhere else, but they really miss the mark on their customer service. The delivery people are always nice, but if they're too busy, they just skip you without any notice or explanation. And then you select the time slot of when you can accept delivery, and they completely ignore that and show up whenever they want. Frustrating!

Anthony is our driver and he is very responsive and accommodating if anything comes up. Food is great, service is great, they even send text reminders to order and when they are in your area. Not sure why someone would rate this business as 1-star, we've never had an issue.

Calling the 888 number for customer service about a double order and I was supposed of been contacted they never contacted me back. after two more calls to customer service I was given basically the runaround and so I finally called the local number and they at least helped.
I recommend that if anybody needs help to call the local number however you may have to re-dial several times before someone answers.
I would actually give the customer service number 800 number less than one star if I could.

Dave is my driver in Widefield/Fountain and ge has amazing customer service. Ive had good drivers in the past but none have ever gone as above and beyond as he has. Very impressed and thankful!

I am never going to order schwan's again, because my order was on the truck but my stop is not on his route. i was supposed to get the order today between 11am to 2pm never show up, due to unexpected and unacceptable stops to customers didnt order to see if they need anything, they need to put customers thats already orders days before delivery date first

Customer service department is less than poor. A
Mistake schwans made on our account took 7 weeks for a refund. Plus the fact we had to go through the process of canceling our bank card and getting another. Asked to be removed from their mailing list, but apparently that is difficult too.

DO NOT order the RIBS!! I ordered them two days ago made them last night and was up all night SICK! I'm soo disappointed. Now I'm questioning everything else I ordered. Thank God my son didn't eat them!

Canon City Colorado Schwan's person drove by my home twice. I tried calling Colorado Springs office several times with no answer. Guess you just don't want business.
