I’ve been ordering freshly stone-milled wheat, besan, and kuttu flour from Satyam Farm for months, and the quality is unbeatable—fresh, flavorful, and far healthier than store-bought options (which often lose nutrients and flavor after sitting on shelves for months). Amazing service! Very easy to order and with few clicks we get a perfect stoned ground flour with all its fiber intact which is such a luxury these days. Looking forward to a healthy meal next few weeks ?.
Pricing is great and packing is environmentally friendly ! I will highly recommend it to people searching for ancient grains that is not hybrid and freshly milled same or a day before . Try it!

I have been ordering fresh wheat flour, kuttu Atta, Eggless jowar cookies and half cooked jowar rotis from Satyam farm since last few months.
I am having great experience with them. We like the fresh wheat flour that we were missing since last few decades. Everyone in the family enjoy the healthy eggless jowar cookies too. Half cooked jowar rotis are amazing gluten free rotis that we all relish and are of perfect thickness. All the packaging is great and delivery is on time.

We tried the Khorasan flour and Jowar cookies from Satyam farm this week. Their Jawar cookies were very yummy and irresistible. The Roti's that were made using their wheat flour were really superiors quality with freshness at its best. Making dough from their flour was slightly different compared to store bought flour. I would say use small amounts of water to gauge the amount of water needed. I have never had such tasty and pure wheat based Roti ever during my stay in US for last 20 years. Thank you Satyam Farms to make this happen.

I recently ordered freshly milled flours as well as eggless jowar cookies and pre-cooked jowar rotis from Satyam Farm. I absolutely loved the cookies and rotis and can't wait to try the flours! Everything tastes so fresh and delicious! I will certainly be ordering regularly going forward and for anyone who would like healthier alternatives to store bought flours and other products, I would highly recommend ordering from them!

I recently ordered Jowar rotis. They are delicious! Soft and wholesome. My son loves them. I am also impressed with Abhinav's customer service. They messed up my last order, and they immediately responded to my complaint.

I also like their besan flour. It does not taste or feel like All Purpose Flour (Maida).

Satyam Farms provides freshly milled flours with same day delivery in the Bay Area. Ordering is very easy through the Lemon Hat app. Their FAQ section on the website is very informative and explains in detail how to start using their wheat flour.

I routinely order the Jowar, khorasan wheat and emmer wheat flours from them. The Jowar flour makes excellent Bhakris. I have also tried the Ambe Mor rice flour and it's good as well. They also carry Jowar cookies and the cookies are a family favorite. I am thrilled to find a place that provides freshly milled flours without any preservatives.

I grew up eating freshly milled flour rotis in India and I am glad to have found the same here in California.
