I'm not one to write reviews but my experience over the past three days necessitates a change.

I have just become a Sandri fuel oil customer. Within the past month I canceled my auto delivery with my previous fuel provider (past 30 years) and placed our service on Will Call. (Not very smart on my part). I forgot to check my gauge until last Saturday 2/4/25. Was rather close to empty. Called my previous supplier early Monday morning and they informed me that it would be at least 7 days before they could deliver. I immediately went looking for a new supplier. I believe that Sandri was my third call. A pleasant voice introduced herself as Andrea and that has turned out to be a great experience. Within 3 hours Andrea had emailed me a customer application. While I was completing this application she checked and found out that they could deliver fuel oil on Wednesday. I submitted the application that same day but it was only shortly before she was leaving for the day. She sent me a response email and informed me that she would contact me Tuesday A.M. and get a credit card #. She called Tuesday and told me that I had been approved for an open account and that fuel would be delivered on Wednesday. The professionalism, competency and efficiency made me feel like I was the only person who might be in need of Heating Oil. I know better because the temperature has been in the single digits for several days. Her service was beyond belief. What a wonderful experience. Thank You Andrea

And then you send this guy Tim to deliver and he turns out to be one of the most personable and professional people I have met in my 80+ years on this earth. Thank you Tim, it was a pleasure getting to meet you. Also thanks for the 239 gallons you put in that 275 gallon tank.. Think we would have been pretty cold by Friday morning.

If you are in need of your furnace getting fixed, DO NOT use Sandri!!! For the last couple of years they have been scamming elders and the disabled. They will come to your house to "fix" your issue and claim when done that everything is "all set, all fixed" but then you will have to call them to have them return 2 more or so times because the actual issue is NOT FIXED.
AND THEY CHARGE YOU EACH TIME THEY COME OUT INSTEAD OF MAKING GOOD OF WHAT THEY DID WRONG THE FIRST TIME!

We own a 2 family home and Sandri has been phenomenal with their services. We utilize oil, propane and plumbing services. They go out of their way to accommodate our needs. I know my 82 yo mother wrote a Thank you card to them in the recent months. Just this week we had a plumbing emergency that Sandri thought they couldn't get to until the following day. About 6 hours later a Sandri van pulled up and the plumber fixed our issue within minutes! I wish I had his name because he has helped us before and is always wonderful! We usually deal with Cheryl on the oil end and she is always warm and friendly, helpful. We know others there have been great so a big THANK YOU from us on Harrison Ave. It means a lot when we know others care.

This company had been great for years and I had no complaints. After COVID with the Great Resignation it's been a steady decline in dependable service. When I needed a new furnace I had to call and wait several months. I finally called the sales manager and asked if they wanted my business, he assured me they would be right out. The customer service is now awful, and when I tried to discuss my last conversation, with a representative the new woman accused me of lying. There are many choices for reliable and dependable oil companies, Sandri energy is no longer one of them, and I strongly consider people to explore those options.

My central air broke down during the recent heat wave. I called Sandri. They sent over Rick Bukowski. He was friendly, respectful and very professional. He has great communication skills and explained everything he did. He found the problem quickly and fixed it. My house is comfortably cool again. I also use Sandri for my oil delivery and for plumbing problems. I highly recommend them.

I had Rick Bukowski clean my furnace. He was friendly, polite, knowledgeable and updated me on the status of my furnace. I highly recommend Sandri for service and appreciate having a person like Rick enter my home.

I had Rick Bukowski come today to service my furnace. Turned out there was an unforeseen problem with it. Rick was able to find the problem in an extremely short period of time and was able to repair it as well as service the unit in a short amount of time. He was extremely understanding, articulate, knowledgeable and clean. He did a fantastic job. If you are lucky enough to have him stay with Sandri, I would love to have him service my equipment every year.
