Once again awesome quality meats. First time eating rib eye burgers. Fantastic! Wagyu hot dogs great as always. I ran out of their salt seasoning and they didn’t have any bottled. They went back and filled a jar twice the size and charged the regular price as smaller jar. Food quality is part of what they do. Their service and hospitality are also top tier!

I heard that this place had great sandwiches and meats for grilling. I ordered the Rueben and it was really good. They have all kinds of interesting deli related items here. Definitely worth a stop. Staff is very friendly too.

We just finished our Valentine's dinner ordered from Salt. I just can't rave about this enough ,the menu and even cooking instructions were perfect. We dined on the best meat we have had in a long time. I'll be honest I was not sure, but I'm totally sold now. Every item was so flavorful, fresh and so delicious. I'm really anxious to see what they offer in the future. I will not purchase meat from anywhere else now. Flavorful is an understatement, outstanding doesn't come close, a truly delightful meal. Oh by the way, I don't like brussel sprouts, but the seasoning they put on is to die for. Yes we are the all. To say I was impressed is an understatement. Thank You Salt, you made our special evening a true dining experience.

What a gem in Castle Rock!! Highly recommend a visit to this shop. They have incredible sandwiches and a great selection of meats! They have meal kits, seasonings, sandwiches, cowboy butters, charcuterie you name it. Also you will be supporting a FEMALE owned business. Jordan the owner is a great butcher and has experience and education to go with it and it shows. Support this local shop, you won't regret it!

It was our first time visiting the store. Grab SALT signature sandwich and Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich for lunch. They were both delicious. Smoked Salsa is also yummy. The service is very friendly. They have lots of options for meats but we didn't have time to make any purchases. We're definitely going back to try different things. Oh and the shop smells so good from all the smoker. Recommended it!

As an avid cook, when salt opened I was excited that a butcher with local meats was finally coming to castle rock. But, I was skeptical because I'd been disappointed before. Although fairly pricey, the quality of meat products are unbelievable. Some of the best I've ever had. I still haven't even bought one of their sandwiched but I am a regular to buy their filet mignons, rib eyes, porterhouse, veal, NY strip, sausages and most of all their home made compound butters. Try the "cowboy butter" melted on top of a filet mignon. It can't be beat!

Delicious local butcher shop with retail! They have the BEST giardinera here!! Got the Italian sandwich too and that was so tasty!! We didn't get any of the meats but definitely planning on another trip!

Love this place -- great sandwiches and deli meats.

Be careful of the predatory parking lot they're located in. They send you $92 tickets under Parking Revenue Recovery Services 🙁

A real shame since it used to be easy to just pull up and grab a sandwich here without worrying about parking validation or parking tickets.
