So when Jake driver opened up rustic cuts it was family-owned you got a great product for a great price with great customer service. Unfortunately after stopping in there today to purchase a quarter of a cow my wife and I were told they don't have enough meat. The last time we bought a quarter of a cow we noticed the amount of meat we got was about half for double the price and the quality is nowhere near as good as it used to be. So as a long time customer of rustic cuts I will never go there again because it has really gone downhill since Jake owned it fair warning.

It is very impressive selection of high quality meats and cheeses at a reasonable price. Corn is outstanding. Next time I visit CB, I’ll bring a cooler and haul a load back to Colorado.

I was referred by a good friend in New York. When we received our steaks here in Florida, we could not believe our eyes on first look at thickness of ribeyes and strips. After grilling (over wood coal, of course!) the freshness was obvious and tenderness didn't disappoint!

Perfect experience every time I've been there! The selection and quality of the meat is only surpassed by the staff. I've gone there and grabbed what I need and left and I've gone in with questions. When I have questions they will pull up front whomever they need to, to get me helped out! I cannot recommend Rustic Cuts enough. The pics I'm attaching are a Tri Tip I got. I seared it on direct heat on my Weber Kettle Performer. Four min each side rotating every two min then indirect heat till it hit 125 F, rest for 10 min then cut. It was 11 out of 10 perfect! I'm not sayin' the first bite brought a tear, I'm just sayin'.
