The shopping experience wsa good. We found the product we needed, and ordered it. Shipping is expensive, but was the only extra-large pet gate we could find. Installation was OK, and it went together without a bunch of fuss. We got this gate because it was described as "sturdy enough for all but the most aggressive dog."

I downrated this product because of the description I needed to add: ...Or a small feisty cat!!!" She can both pull the gate or push. We are now in the process of finding a way to latch it to the wall.
