I bought a BCS tiller from these guys. Dan is a very polite salesman. They told me the machine was a 2023 left-over but the reality is it was a 2022 model that was laying around. We worked out a fair price for the macine and after getting it home I discovered they didn' t give me all the original documents or manuals. I contacted Dan a number of times to inquire about a factory engine manual without any immediate responses. They after another call, Dan told me the original factory manual was water damaged and they would order one from BCS. Weeks go by and I had to call again. Dan said it hadn't yet been ordered. Nearly two months later I get internet printed copies stuffed in an envelope, not a factory manual. I sent Dan a text message with no response. No kidding! I would not deal with these guys again. How pathetic can they get?

I had some issues with this company at first but they seen my review so Donny, the main owner actually called me himself and we had a real good conversation. Good Salesman David, very thorough gave us a fair deal on New Yanmar 424 Tractor. David paid attention to details, explained all the features would recommend calling him if you looking at Tractors.
