I wanted to use as many local vendors for my wedding as possible and what better way to make that dream come true than to use flowers grown right here in Bellefonte? Christie was very attentive to my vision and blew it out of the park. My wedding flowers were so beautiful and we had so many comments from guests on them. I adore Rooted Farmstead - Christie is so kind, knowledgeable, and passionate about all things floral! I've attended several of her workshops and highly recommend them. Flower picking at the farm is lots of fun - there's a wide array of blooms in gorgeous color palettes all season long. All of the flowers are grown organically and in a pollinator-friendly way. The shop on site is adorable and filled with an ever-changing selection of unique vases, floral design/gardening supplies, and other goodies, many from local vendors. This is a flower lover's dream!

Rooted Farmstead’s pick your own flower garden is a piece of heaven on earth. I highly recommend the Black Cup membership. The weekly time in the flower patch is so good for the soul. Put this on your bucket list of things to do.
Christy also designed the flowers for my daughter’s garden wedding and they were spectacular! She was a joy to work with. I highly recommend her!

Rooted Farmstead is a must for summer fun for the whole family. My daughter and I love being able to go and pick our own flowers throughout the summer months. My husband and I have also attended an event at Rooted and it was so beautifully put together and enjoyable. My wife and I had one our best dates every at Rooted this weekend. They combined flower picking, epoxy pendant making using the flowers, and a mocktail course into one lovely package. We really enjoyed it and thought the owner and craftspeople were really nice!

One of my absolute favorite places in all of Happy Valley is Rooted! The bouquets that you can pick are truly unique each time. Gorgeous selection of flowers in the most stunning views. Christie is THE BEST! An oasis for all!

A literal treasure in Bellefonte. We always have a great experience at rooted farmstead whether it’s attending a special event, or meeting up with some girlfriends for u-pick of some of the most beautiful flowers. Christie and her girls and so sweet and helpful and she keeps such a cute collection of items in the shop.
