Very friendly and extremely helpful people! Spoke with Richard several times at the end of winter and he helped me coordinated safe shipping of a small bag of cocoons. We were pleased to see that the cocoons have hatched well and are viable baby worms now. We are hoping to learn more about how to use worms, composting, castings, and its benefits in our area. Placed order 12/12. Currently 12/25 and still no sign of shipment though they did call me and tell me the frass was still waiting to arrive. Was trying to get a quick top dress in mid flower but not sure if it’ll make it in time. I think I’ll stick with Frass Valley for superworm frass from now on though as they weren’t really even sure what insect their frass came from. Still very much looking forward to the castings however

I ordered 1000 African Night Crawler cocoons. I received what I paid for and way more than expected. The cocoons are unwashed but they are in there, lots and lots of them. I am very pleased and will order again. I had a hatch rate of 98% and that is the highest hatch rate I have ever had with any cocoons. They are fresh and packaged well too , no smell at all. Thank you!

The worm compost is literally black gold. This stuff is amazing for my plants. Def notice a huge difference in their growth and quality after top dressing. I also mix a little in with the soil. Owners are also very helpful and friendly. I've already been back a few times and will keep coming for more

I will never use another’s company’s worm castings besides Rocky Mountain Organic supply’s again! By far the best castings around. I’ve been brewing compost teas for the better part of 12 years and have never seen my plants responding this way ever! Started out with a 100 lb bag 2-3 mths ago and I’m back again for another! And beyond the amazing product they supply the Customer service has been amazing. Would 10/10 recommend this company over and over again!!!

I just had a very helpful and pleasant conversation with Jay. I live in Boulder Colorado and I was looking for somebody who produced worm castings in my area. I found their website and it turns out my in-laws live in Colorado Springs and are coming up to visit soon so I wanted to check in and ask A few questions before I placed my order. Jay was very friendly and helpful during our phone call. He quickly helped me decide how many worm cocoons and how much castings would be helpful for my raised beds. He also gave me information about the African nightcrawlers and how much more productive they are compared to red wigglers for indoor worm composting. He also explained that the African nightcrawlers can function quite well in outdoor gardens whereas the red wigglers that I have in my worm bin are not really recommended to be put in outdoor gardens. My preference is always to buy locally when possible even if it is a little bit more expensive, so I am excited to try their products.

I was able to sneak into Rocky mountain organic worm co right before they closed today. I picked up 2 pounds of highly lively African night crawlers. The new owners were friendly in all my questions as a new worm farmer. I also got a bucket of castings that I applied liberally too my back yard.

I bought 750 ANC cocoons. I’m pretty sure I got a bag of vermicompost because I could not find any eggs and after emails with no response I’m leaving my experience here. I put the dirt in a new bin anyway and I’m still waiting on eggs to hatch which I highly doubt there was any to begin with.
