Amazing bison! They deliver to your home and communicate very well. They’ve always gone above and beyond to set my box to the side if I’m at work that day. The quality of their bison is amazing. They usually throw in a sample of their various amazing spice mixes. They have great quality organs I feed my 14 year old lab mix. Try the strips! This place is simply amazing!!

I have ordered several times and have never been disappointed! The filet mignon steaks are out of this world! We just had a prime rib for Christmas dinner and used the free rub they sent with it, it was amazing, the whole family raved over it! I ordered a half bundle of steaks for my parents and can't wait to hear their review. I've been recommending them to everyone, I plan on ordering again soon. I highly recommend you try it too!!

We enjoyed the bison sirloin steaks thoroughly. We used the free rub provided and grilled them according to the instructions that accompanied the recipes in the box. I changed my order after placing it. Rock River was prompt in processing and fulfilling the order, and was extremely accommodating in every way. Highly recommend. Would make a great gift.

Decided to try the prime rib for Thanksgiving for something different. My gosh, this was the most flavorful and tender piece of bison I've ever eaten. I used the rubs included in the box and followed the directions on the website. These certainly did not disappoint either. I will be ordering from Rex again way before next Thanksgiving!!!

Rock River Ranches has the BEST Bison in the nation. Ordering is easy and delivery in metro Denver is fast and efficient. I have only tried the steaks, pastrami, smoked brisket and burgers. All were extremely tasty and delicious. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
