Premium coffee beans selection, very fresh. Teas are very flavorful and well chosen with good blends.
Overall the products are very good and exceeded my expectations.
Pricing is also reasonable, definitely good value for money.
Delivery was very fast as well.

(The white pony tea (Bai Mu Dan) I am drinking has wonderful texture and mellow sweetness. )

$10 gift certificate lead to a major hassle. It was not valid and “Barry” said he did not know why. I was told I need to make an account, which I already had an account. I was told I typed in my eMail wrong, which had been receiving eMails all along. After it was applied to my account I was supposed to order more to see if maybe it works next time. Finally, after well over an hour wasted on a measly $10, it was refunded on my order but not until after I was shamed and guilted for calling the $10 gift certificate scam a scam. Oh, and two full business days after ordering, a shipping label has only been printed and tracking shows not even picked up yet. I hope by three days it’s not picked up before my request to cancel the order has been received. They can keep the $10. I give more to bums on the street!

Update: Roastmasters quit contact, did not cancel my order before it shipped and “Does not accept returns on food items” according to the website. Do I hope the red specks in the bag are not lead paint from a third world country and use them anyway? Do I clean each bean one by one? Do I take the loss and throw them in the trash?

This review may go long and if it does its only because I simply love coffee. I have been pursuing fine coffee for many many years, somewhere around forty-eight years I suppose.. I have had the privilege in my life to have visited my favorite coffee houses. I've actually set foot in Espresso Vivace in Seattle, Klatch Coffee in San DImas, Ca., and Intelligentsia in Chicago. I also have to include, Sunergos in Louisville Ky,,Santa Cruz Roasting Company in Santa Cruz and many, many more.

I am pretty sure I have consumed almost every coffee there is.My favorite to this day has and always wll be a fine Costa Rican. I would also like to add I completely support, encourage and love fair=trade coffee. Giving back to those families which grow, harvest, process and invest their lives in coffee.

After so many years of drinking coffee from all these fine roasters and shops which are way to many to list I am now exclusively home roasting coffee. I mainly am doing this because I can have a larger selection of fine coffees from around the world. PlusI can be more involved in the coffee roasting process. I dont consider myself an authority on coffee nor do I consider myself a master roaster. Yet my passion for all things coffee and the one thousand volatile compounds within the bean that give it it's wonderful abundant magic ,I do have an endless passion.

Below is my coffee bar and these are some of the tools I use to chase the beans and harvest the precious black gold they produce. I am also writing this review to tell others about my love of a company called Roastmasters and their commitment to supplying fine equipment and coffee. I have had nothing but a great experience with them ,What they offer in green beans and equipment is of the highest order. Many thanks to them in maintaining a high level of coffee excellence.

Absolutely fantastic quality, fast shipping, easy to work with. Roastmasters is a little bit more expensive than "the other guys", but you get what you pay for here. Really amazing coffee.

I received a Technivorm Thermo Moccamaster CDGT. It brews great coffee during my first two brews, but I also noticed that it had a crack on the side of water reservoir in which it was slightly leaking. I'm in the process of contacting Roast Masters to see if I can get this product replaced. It may either be a manufacture defect or shipping and handling damage issue. -Paul

I am a newbie when it comes to roasting coffee. I wanted a machine that I could grow into, but would allow me to start out at a proficient level. A little research on the website and I started roasting. I’m still not quite sure what all of the buttons do, but I know what enough of them do to roast good tasting coffee. It does get a little bit messy with all the chaff so like everyone else I would recommend doing it basement garage in my case I do it in my heated Pole Barn. I have very little smoke usually only when I open the door to help the cooling process. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the machine and the results.
