7/1/24 we had an appointment at 11:00am. Driver arrived at 10:50am, parked the truck, ring the bell and REMY checked him in and marked him in at 11:05 (let's say he was 5 minutes late per her)
Trailer was not at -10F she told him to set it to precool and he did it. She told him to wait until they are ready for him to load him. at 4:25 PM she came out and told him that they are done for today and they will not load him. She also rescheduled the appointment for the 10th of July. We tried to talk to her as well as the broker and she didn't want to hear. Driver waited for 3rd shift to give it a shot,Natalie said to wait for 6am and Joseph 1st shift manager. He came back at 6am nextday and spoke to Andre, he said to come back at 7am and speak to supervisor Earnest Peacock - that's when we found out that appt was rescheduled by REMY.

POOR BUSINESS DONE HERE, WE WON'T COME BACK FOR SURE, I'M PRETTY SURE THEY LOST A BROKER AND A CUSTOMER AS WELL.

I spoke to Remy myself as well she said we are not the only one who got "rejected" and kicked out today not to be loaded. I guess she gets satisfied by rejecting trucks and not moving freight.

For the drivers: after entering the gate drive straight all the way down to shipping and receiving. To check in you have to wait in a cage area then ring the bell for someone to come. They will take forever to come. People will walk by looking at you and say nothing. The dock doors are a tight squeeze and it doesn't help that people park their personal cars in front of them. The area to drop trailers is a complete joke. There is hardly ever any space to park and the yard drivers will put your trailer basically in a ditch to where you can't even hook up to it. The yard drivers speed like a bat out of hell one almost ran into truck he was going at least 25 mph in a small space. If you can avoid this place do so. This place is unorganized and unprofessional.

Terrible place to back up, unnecessarily tight with a decent size ditch, mere inches from you. People here get impatient if you take too long, workers wreak of the devil’s lettuce.
Only upside and reason I’m giving it a 2 is that they didn’t take too long to unload, but other than that, the place is a dilapidated mess on the bad side of town.

I checked in at 10am, this is 5h30pm and still not loaded. They load piece by piece since this morning.
I will not comeback here definitely .
stay a away if u can.
The good reviews are there inbound trucks and seen them in and out.
Keep trucking and God bless.

What a terrible place to go to Miss Kim at 2nd warehouse is very snippy this location is not friendly for full size sleeper truck be careful not to fall over the edge.
